Nationwide Windows Opiniones

Lee and Scott fitted my door today and they did a fantastic job, totally professional and efficient, polite and friendly and I would highly recommend their work

I am extremely pleased with the work they did, it is very fast, a lot of quality and professionalism, they were cleaning after themselves, was a pleasure to collaborate with them. They did an amazing job in just a few hours they finished installation my front door and 5 big windows. I recommend it to everyone. And I am very grateful for the work that J. Macdonald did . He did an excellent job!

Terrible company
Measured windows on behalf on my housing association
Lost the measurements
Had the windows remeasured , told it would be done within 4/6 weeks
Stil waiting have left several messages no answer
Stil no new windows
EDIT..AFTER HAVING A PHONECALL FROM KARL EXPLAINING AND APOLOGIZING RE THE DELAY ..MY WINDOWS ARE NOW BEING FITTED ASAP ..
A VERY QUICK RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT TY

Excellent service from start to finish

I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From the initial contact with the office team through to the installation, the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently.

Zoe was fantastic throughout the process. Her communication, support and professionalism really stood out. She kept us informed, was always helpful when we had questions, and made sure everything was dealt with properly. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the service.

A special mention also has to go to Paddy, who carried out the installation. His workmanship was excellent, and he was professional, respectful and clearly took pride in doing the job properly. The new door looks fantastic and the quality of the finished installation is excellent.

Both Zoe and Paddy are a credit to the company, and it’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about providing a good service.

Thank you to everyone involved, and especially Zoe and Paddy, for doing such a fantastic job. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Sam and Steve fitted our new windows and back door today. They were very polite, helpful and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone. First class.

Appointment made and was on time, excellent workmanship, tidy and considerate,
Aaron&Ben polite& courteous, went above&beyond a credit to the company.

The guys... Adrian & Andrei were on time & they were friendly.. polite... worked together as a team. They did a great job fitting windows & a door..... They respected my property & cleaned up afterwards...

The lads got straight to work, worked quickly and efficiently also cleaned up after themselves

Left my sink with scratches as work men just climb on all of your surfaces including your kitchen sink area and draining. Not to mention the work men damaged my car, said nothing, didn’t report it and I had to flag it up to the police. I find it highly impossible they have “no scratches or markings” on their van with the way my side had scratches all up and a dint not to mention a crack in my side mirror. Company that doesn’t take liability or give one ounce of respect to your property.

I had Peter and scott they were brilliant at what they do. I was amazed they did it all in 1 day fitted absolutley brilliant worked there socks off . Cleaned the windows after and hoovered. It was a boiling hot day as well I kept them well hydrated . Very polite and very nice men. The windows are really excellent and the new front door love it all . I would highly recommend these windows and doors you will not be disappointed at all . Excellent and an Excellent service. 🤗.

Beautiful windows were installed quickly, and the fitters could not have been more helpful and polite; asked if they could fit the bathroom window first because someone had stomach issues was not a problem for them.

John and Sam arrived on Time was friendly and profesional throughout. They explained at each step and when they finished there was hardly any clean up. They were clean and tidy and an absolute joy. Made sure they had their cups of tea.......would recommend this company has being very friendly and professional. I had all my windows and 2 doors done front and back. Looks lovely. They finished in good time as well so it was not all day. quick, professional. friendly what more could you ask for.........

The two fitters turned up at the time what was stated I came out of my place of work to let them into my house paddy and Lian were very polite I asked them if it would be ok to leave them on there own as I had to go back to work they said yes it would be ok I asked what time do you think they would finish they replied all day so I showed them where the tea and coffee were so I left them I popped back home about 12.50 to make sure everything was ok they replied yes so I explained my wife will be home about 3.30 but I left my phone number with them just in case they needed me before then great job well done very polite and well spoken fitters I think paddy and lian are a credit to your company thank you very much top marks to you to 👍👍👍
