Ordering was straightforward

Ordering was straightforward, and the delivery was prompt and efficient. When I had a question, the customer service was outstanding. The chairs I bought are of exceptional quality.

Exceptional Customer Service

I placed an order for 3 Harland barstools on Sunday 4th January. Within an hour of placing the order Rebecca from sales at NWOF replied to me informing me that I had potentially ordered the wrong barstools for domestic use due to their 750mm height. She suggested that I check to avoid a returns fee plus a re-stocking fee. This proved to be correct, and Rebecca promptly processed the cancellation of my order and full refund. This was all conducted on the evening of Sunday 4th January. In my opinion an above and beyond customer service. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to use NWOF again in the future should they have the product I need.

Poor Delivery Service.

It would much improve the customer’s experience if you employed a carrier who treated them as a human being rather than a robot. Personally I objected to being informed of a provisional delivery date, without any proposed time slot, and then required to reply within a very short time or have the proposed date altered. It made for a stressful experience both before and at the time of delivery. Try using a reputable delivery company that can give a firm date and time - and then stick to it.

Thank you for your review. First of all we’re sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the delivery service. These items are made and shipped directly from the Bisley factory and as such we have very limited control over the delivery service and carriers used. That being said we are naturally disappointed to hear you were not happy with the service as this is the first time we’ve had feedback like this regarding this type of delivery.

When orders are placed for Bisley items an email is sent usually within 48 hours with an estimated delivery date, this email was sent on 3rd November with an estimated date of 29th November - 1st December. Looking at the system the order was indeed delivered on 1st December and Furdeco would usually contact the end user prior to delivery to confirm the date scheduled is suitable. This admittedly can be done via text when a mobile number is provided and is an automated system unless there is no response from the end user at which point Furdeco/Bisley would make us aware and we would then attempt to contact the customer directly to arrange delivery. It does however look like Furdeco tried to call five times prior to the delivery being confirmed via text.

The carriers will plan routes in advance and delivery slots may fill up which is why there may be a window in which suggested delivery dates need to be confirmed/rejected but we would not expect there to be an unreasonable time limit on responding to this. We have reached out via email to ask for a bit more information so we know exactly what the issues were with this delivery. Feedback like this is taken very seriously and this will be reviewed internally and with the other parties involved.

Our sales office is open Monday-Friday and our team would be more than willing to assist with issues like this by getting in touch with the carriers on your behalf if we are aware of potential delivery issues at the time.

Great delivery experience

The delivery was very quick and the agent communicated clearly about delivery expectations. I also love the product and found it's a perfect fit for my home office.
