Hi, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you are disappointed with our delivery lead times.
As a family-run business, we strive to provide great customer service and a positive experience for everyone, so it's disheartening to receive this feedback.
Upon reviewing your recent online order, we can see that some of the items you purchased required specialist cutting, which can unfortunately extend the dispatch timeframe.
If you choose to order with us again in the future, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us directly beforehand - we'll be happy to advise on lead times and see if we can speed things up for you where possible.
We appreciate your custom and we do hope for a 5 star review next time.

Purchased fence materials with great price, service and quality
Purchased fence panels, posts and paint/treatment in Merseyside, north west timber was recommended to me by a neighbour and I found fantastic service and great quality materials.
Highly recommend if you are looking for materials, cheaper than the more generic big brand stores and better quality. Had to reach out for a replacement for a piece and another was delivered on their next round of deliveries the next day, brilliant service.
