I'm a resident of the U.S., and have ordered from Nylonz two or three times now. Before I was stuck with eBay (very catch-as-catch-can) or other small online shops in the U.S. who are less discerning on what constitutes an actual vintage-style stocking. Imagine how pleased I was to find a site that not only has a full range of stockings, garters, and lingerie, but keeps their stock consistently available. The icing on the cake is that, within hours after ordering (including at strange hours and on weekends) I receive confirmation from the Royal Mail that my package has been received from Nylonz and is ready to leave the U.K., and then another a bit later to say it's on its way overseas to me. These stockings are one of the great pleasures in the life of my fiancé, and I myself love the colors, heel patterns, and textures always available here. To any overseas buyers hesitant about the shipping, I'd say check the reliability of your home country's postal service, but have no hesitation about theirs - I've always gotten mine within a week. So pleased!

Friends, my experience was horrible. I bought some nylon stockings to ship to Colombia. It all happened on June 15, 2023. However, the package never arrived. I sent them several messages asking them about this problem. They only limited themselves to informing me that the problem was in my country. However, when I check the shipping status (Tracking Number:
RL098681481GB), figure that never left the United Kingdom. They never gave me a solution and I lost my money.

Nylonz is our go-to outlet for all our retro lingerie requirements.

Over the years, Nylonz has always dealt with our orders punctiliously and despatched our goods promptly always reaching us two days after placing an order - fantastic when we consider the many miles they have to travel to reach us from Swansea.

Telephone calls to the company have similarly been answered promptly and we have always found staff friendly, polite and helpful in dealing with our enquiries.

As for the products sold on the Nylonz website, we can testify that they represent great quality and value for money. We find Nylonz’s products particularly satisfy our needs when retro-styled lingerie is needed.

Excellent company. Good products, service and price.

Disgraceful customer service.

Ordered from this company many times before and was always happy with the choice and quality. However their customer service skills leave a lot to be desired.

Ordered on 21.11.23 with click and collect delivery for a local event, parcel arrived six days later when we were no longer in the area. They should rephrase the click and collect option on their website to “Click…wait a week….then collect”

Called their number several times with no answer, wrote an email on the 1.12.23 explaining I would like to cancel the order as it didn’t arrive at the collection point on time.

Four weeks later and several emails from my side, I’m still waiting for a refund of almost £100, no action at all from their side other than two extremely cheeky emails when asking regarding status.

Left with no option other than to raise a chargeback claim with my CC company.

Avoid at all costs! Seems I’m not the only one with issues regarding their customer service. Many others have had similar experiences below.

Have been using Nylonz for years always a great service and of course a fantastic product.
