This company is fraudulent! DONOT ORDER!

On Aug 3 I placed an order.
August 5 I was told that it shipped. No tracking information because their company courier doesn’t use tracking numbers. I have exceeded the amount of days for shipping now and still do not have the item I paid for. I have emailed every day and get no response. When I place the order I even got a thank you email for placing the order through them. Is this company a scam?

Your order has been shipped, and since it was shipped out by our own courier so no tracking information available at this time.
Our courier will call you one day in advance before the delivery. It usually takes 7-20 Business to arrive.

QUIT RESPONDING SINCE ABOVE EMAIL

I received an email that it shipped, but it has been weeks and still no delivery. They are unresponsive to their emails and apparently refuse to give out tracking numbers. Having no telephone number and not responding to emails makes me think I am being scammed

The delivery took almost month and half. I know covid 19 makes it difficult but there's always a way to deliver faster.
