Worst Online Shop Ever!!!
Items in stock 5th July 2022 and ordered. Same day order status was showing as "Being Picked". 2 weeks later 19th July 2022 order status still showing as "Being Picked". Enquired with customer service about unacceptable delay and when order will ship. Response was pathetic - reason for delay unknown and no ETA on when order will ship - the person I chatted with just copied and pasted statements about delays from the FAQ's page and I wasn't even given the courtesy of a proper explanation about my specific order - e.g. Why has the order status sat at "being picked" for 2 weeks?! It is clear they no longer give a crap about their customers so be aware of this before you order. I have been a customer with nzgameshop for 10 years and this is the worst service I have ever had from them. I cancelled the order and will never order again from them. Totally useless!!!👎

I'm sorry to hear of the problems you've had with your order.
I can see that the item had a lead time on the listing at the top of the page that stated to please allow 7-12 working days for the order to be sent, this was also stated at checkout before you purchased the games and also on your confirmation email.
As explained to you this is due to the items being transferred from an overflow warehouse so we can ship the item out to you. I can see there was a delay on this and I'm extremely sorry.
I can assure you the responses weren't copied and pasted from the FAQ's page as the information you were given isn't stated anywhere on the FAQ pages about the delay.
I can see the order has been cancelled and has therefore been resolved for you. Again we're truly sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Thank you for your review. As mentioned over email we are currently undergoing some changes to the business (nothing to worry about!) that means a small amount of stock has been delayed in sending out and therefore, rather than making customers wait we've cancelled the orders.
I can see this had effected your order and we're truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you. A full refund has been processed.

I’ve looked all over the internet looking for a particular trilogy and found it at NZ GAME SHOP ONLINE the price was excellent and free freight what a bonus… highly recommend plenty to choose from too keep up the good work

Reliable and trustworthy company
Very easy to place order. I have used this company many times in the past and always have good results. It's nice to receive 'player points' with each order. This encourages me to shop more and they have great products.
