I have used OH on several occasions and I’ve never had an issue. Always on time and friendly.

Great service. The shuttle was quick to pick us up in the lot and again at the airport. We were picked up and dropped off right in front of our car!!!

Reasonable price; my car was safe and unharmed, I was picked up right on time, the driver was courteous and helpful and even met me partway when he saw me struggling with 3 suitcases. I have no complaints at all!!

I had to wait no more than 2 min for the shuttle at the airport!

I could have used a text or email that explained picking up my car once I returned to the airport. I seemed to have missed the number to call and it just so happened that there was a van there waiting. I seemed to annoy the driver by not calling ahead once I landed.

1) We called for a shuttle after getting our luggage. After waiting 20 minutes, we had to call a second time. Total wait was 30 minutes.
2) Before COVID we had our account set up to benefit from our AAA discount. With you no-contact checkout we received no discount and paid over $140 for 10 days.

After my review, OhPark called me and not only apologized for my wait, but credited card for my AAA discount. I was impressed by the follow up and appreciated their effort to provide good customer service. I am adjusting my review because of it.

Driver was courteous and even put our bags in the back for my SUV.

The van driver on Thursday June 16th at 3 PM was not friendly.

All went well but I had 2 issues. Upon arriving back home, the app was down. Luckily, I found my paperwork or I would not have been able to get out of the lot. the phone number i was directed to told me to leave a message and someone would get back to me. Again, fortunately, I was able to fine the paperwork and get out of the parking lot because it took just under two and a half hours for someone to get back to me.

Upon my arrival, the driver was very pleasant, courteous and helpful. Upon my return, that driver was not. However, I still gave him a decent tip. I am undecided as to if I will use you lot again.

Great service - friendly & professional!

Upon return from our trip our car battery was dead. We called the front desk and the bus driver kindly circled back and jumped started our car. We are so grateful.

This was our 1st time using Ohpark. It was easy and convenient and great rates. Thank you for giving us confidence in where our car was parked while away. We will return.

Rudy Touvell and his staff were very helpful and courteous as always! I consistently have a good experience when I use the valet service and park at the OhPark location at the Columbus, Ohio airport.

Helpful staff. Had a special circumstance and needed to park a 18' enclosed trailer. Very satisfied. Great price also!!

The shuttle was right on time for departure. My return flight landed 30 minutes early, and they dispatched a driver immediately. Nice work...
