Smooth, easy, and the car is ready, running, and warm when arrives, and in a secure location. Don't forget to remind people to hang onto the ticket once it is called in to be waiting, as that ticket gets you out of secure parking lot. Good reminder to give to everyone, esp newbies. Great service. Make sure you have enough drivers in the rush times like early morning, esp Mondays. Had about a 4 min wait at office until another driver could make it back so it caused a little stress.

Even though our plane did not land until 11:30pm and we had to retrieve our luggage, the Shuttle was waiting for us. The driver was very personable and very helpful when we could not remember where we parked. I did not realize that I had to scan our prepayment verification and paid twice. Again, even though it was after midnight, the counter staff was very helpful and deleted the second payment. Excellent service.

The wait time for a shuttle to return to their lot and pick up your vehicle is almost double that of competing services.

Service has evolved over the last 30 years as a customer, it just keeps getting better over time.

i used points to pay for my parking. In the past, this usually required a couple of phone calls to straighten out an incorrect bill.Not this time. The bill was correct the first time. Everything else about the experience was top-notch too!

Upon my own return, we had to wait 25 minutes before the van was there to pick us up. There were 6 people waiting and I called twice; once being told that he was 5 minutes away. Turned out to be 25...

I always use OhPark. Their staff is extremely helpful and friendly, no matter what time you are dropping off your car or arriving at the airport. (I arrived at 7 on a Saturday morning, and was still greeted with a friendly smile and someone willing and able to pick up my heavy bag!)

OhPark employees are very helpful with our bags on and off the shuttle. The car is always ready and warm!
