Oakbrook loans has helped a great deal with their low APR and also giving an additional loan upgrade when I most needed it. I would definitely recommend for anyone

Terrible app and customer service
Repeated Failure in Direct Debit being set up resulting in having to make several phone calls to customer service team. The online app never worked, wait tine to speak to an advisor was always over 45 minutes, and I was repeatedly put on hold for longer periods of time meaning every call to the company always lasted me over an hour. Customer service and app was so bad I moved to loan to someone else after only a few months so I didn't have to deal with any more issues.

Oakbrook contacted me to tell me I could get an additional loan and combine it with my existing loan.
I got an answer quickly and ended up paying just £28 more than I had been paying.

Applied for the loan after a few days hadn’t heard anything or had any communication I called up spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who sorted it there and then and within the hour the money was in my bank account no issues whatsoever highly recommend
