Miguel was incredibly helpful and organised, when we had trouble getting hold of the suppliers he phoned them on my behalf, which was a great help. The whole process was fuss free and easy to do.

This means that each review haven’t yet to be mugged off !
Yes Miguel is lovely and efficient . HOWEVER it’s trying to end the lease agreement where they become unsavoury.
My 3 year lease ended in June 21’ . Unfortunately I’d had a heart attack and subsequently a quadruple heart by pass at the time .
This company pass the finance of the leasing agreement onto another company and they failed to stop taking the payments at the end of the term and over a further 18 months took £5400 over and above .
Needless to say neither company interested in refunding any of the overpayments and instead Oakfield are demanding another £180 for the title of the goods !!!

I found the customer service I received to be of impeccable standards.

Miguel Foster was brilliant. I was in a bad situation with a broken oven and urgently required a new one. He was efficient and quick to sort out and have delivered the new oven in record time. Thanks so much Miguel
