I had on order issue, got the wrong color I had to get in touch with customer service and within minutes they replied, they took care of me and my order, so I’m really satisfied with this fashion store. I ordered a nice summer dress which I will wear on my vacation !
I made my first order with Oaklynwear on April 26. It is now May 5. I do not know where my order is. The Chinese tracking number does not show anything. I have written two emails to service and just left a voice mail. So far, I am not impressed with the service or shipping time.

We love this brand! I ordered a dress for my wife as a gift and she absolutely loves it! Also, I messed up on the size when I first ordered, so I reached out to their customer support and they fixed my order the same day! Great dress, and great customer support. Highly recommend!
