I decided to order a sintered stone shelving unit from Oak Outlet (despite some negative reviews re customer service) because of the substantial savings on the price compared to other retailers for the same product. I must say that any cause for concern I had turned out to be unfounded, as the unit was delivered in perfect condition and within the two weeks delivery time advised by the very polite and courteous sales representative. I should also mention that I ordered an oak table in 2018 that also had no issues either in delivery time or quality.

Ordered an Accent chair for our conservatory without reading reviews, the chair was delivered as promised and I unpacked to assemble. I found one of the cross beams was broken, my wife persuaded me to repair the beam as it was a clean break, so I did so and then found that the last leg would not fit as the beam was 20mm to short. I sent photos of the fault and have to compliment the company as without delay, they sent a replacement and arranged collection of the original. on unpacking the replacement found that there was a mark on the cushion and on assembly found that this time the last leg was extremely tight to fit. I managed to do so and swapped the cushion for the original one that was awaiting collection. These I think are made in China and am really not really surprised at the shoddy way they are manufactured without it seems any checks by Oak Outlet to ensure that everything fits together. I've had a sorry but no other comments from them for the mucking about I've had to do to repack the original.

We ordered a bench and didn't read the reviews first otherwise I would have not bothered but it was too late to change the order. But it arrived promptly when they told us it would and we have found the service to be brilliant so it just goes to show the reviews don't get it right.. excellent condition and delivery before Christmas which we weren't expecting either winner 🤗

Ordered Cosmos 3 seater plus a cuddle chair. I was informed of a 6/8 week delay. Which I understood & accepted. The lovely Matt & his Father(who were the excellent) delivered the cuddle chair, unwrapped it put the legs on. I presumed they were bringing the 3 seater off their van. No... They didn't know anything about it.
I contacted Oak outlet they apoligised and presumed... Wrongly... The 3 seater was coming from a different factory but it was supposed to be all coming together.
I then had to wait another 2 weeks for the missing sofa to arrive.
Sadly this was brought by 2 different guys. They plonked it in my kitchen, I told them I needed to check it... It could have been sky blue pink!!!
They told me they were not allowed to unwrap it and both guys were gone!!!
Oak outlet, my agreement was with you. You took my money, you are responsible. A sad sorry when I had visitors and no where to sit is a very poor response. I am still waiting for your employer Amy to come back to me.

Fantastic service. Everything was delivered when they said it would be. Very, very happy with our new dining table and benches. Will definitely be shopping here again, and advising others to do so.

I ordered chairs for a 3 weeks delivery date. It is now 3 weeks that I haven’t got any update. I just checked company reviews and got shock that everyone complaining from delivery. I tried to call them but it is always busy. I really wonder what to do?
I contacted them today and they delayed for another 10 weeks. It seems it is a pattern for them to keep people money

I have received my kitchen island 2 weeks from ordering it was ready assembled so I fet really sorry for 2 guys putting this in to our house as it was so heavy. We asked them to put that in living room as I felt to sorry for them to drug that in to my kitchen at 7am in the morning. My husband and our friend had managed to drag that in to our kitchen and it look amazing as in the picture. Thank you oak outlet for a great experience and amazing furniture.

Poor quality furniture. The set I bought stated oak topped but only the very edges were oak the rest of the surface were MDF. Could have gotten this standard for alot cheaper. Took payment and then was informed of a 2 month wait as furniture wasn't in stock. When furniture was delivered only part of the order arrived and had to wait an undisclosed period for the rest of the order to be dumped down the side of my house in the rain. Had to chase the Oak Outlet every step of the way. Save yourself the stress and go to a more reputable company.

I have been frustrated by oakoutlet.co.uk. I ordered an item only to be told after I had paid that it would be an 8-10 week delivery! It took nearly 11 weeks.
I don’t have a problem with waiting for an item, we all know furniture is made in the far east and shipped in, but honestly it would have been so much easier if they had said this prior to ordering. It can’t be difficult to know which items will take a couple of months, and say this in the item description. I am sure their staff are very capable of doing this.
The item itself is fine, but I would stress they improve their communication and be more open and upfront prior to a purchase being made, it just comes across like they don’t care.

I purchased a 3 seat sofa having already purchased a 4 seater on both occasions I have been extremely pleased,I live on a 2nd floor flat and have nothing but good things to say about Delivery men who set up my sofas and cleared all Rubbish, I would definitely use again

Do not order from here, they accepted my order, took my money including delivery fee, then told me they wouldn't deliver outside their area. Totally broke every trading standards laws. Didn't even have the decency to phone me. Disgusting. My Solicitor will be in touch with them.

Do not order from this place . If you choose to then you will definitely be disappointed

I ordered a TV unit to match my bookcase unit I received a week or so earlier.At the time of ordering I had an email to say it was out of stock with a 4 to 6 week wait but it was delivered within 10 days.Needless to say I was delighted and I am just as pleased with the TV unit as I was the bookcase and both cheaper than anywhere else by at least 100 pound.First class service from a first class company.

Really pleased with my solid oak wine rack, great price, fast delivery. Super happy with the quality. I’ll definitely buy again

I can only say what I found on ordering from this company. My order only took three working days to be delivered by DPD who were very good. The item I ordered was £80 cheaper than a well know other company. It was a table extension for a table I bought from the other company two years ago. I am more than pleased with the goods and will soon be buying another item in the range which again is much cheaper. Great service and the lady I spoke to was very helpful.

I noticed that there are one or two bad reviews on here, I would just like to say please do not let them stop you buying from this company
we bought a chest of draws that were delivered from there showroom to South Wales, we half expected to arrive damaged.
The packaged was incredibly well packed in fact it took us 15mins to get all the packaging off, the quality of the furniture was amazing, far better than anything we had from Next or Oak Furniture

Terrible experience, ordered Oak Tv Bookcase, when delivered looks completely different. Found 2 products on their website with 2 different colours on the pictures, different codes and prices and they still dare to say it’s the same product. Customer service very rude and dismissive, don’t accept their fault at all. Very disappointing

Bought a lovely quality 1.6m Milan sintered stone dining table for our kitchen that fits so well with our high backed booth seating.
The table is really well made and solid. The sintered stone is also a great shade of grey, very stylish and has a perfect finish to it, ideal for our kitchen. It seats 6 people easily.
Charley was really helpful with my order and everyone that I have spoken to in the company were very friendly and helpful.So pleased that they delivered this before Christmas, which was perfect for family staying with us. Can recommend to others.

Got a beautiful Mirror today at 9 o’clock in the morning the driver was so helpful help me in with it for the price. This is a stunning piece of furniture will order more items off you you’re in a class of your own for quality

Excellent service from start to finish. This store is a hidden gem. Saved myself £500 shopping here. Delivery was 1 week from ordering. Bought 4 peices of furniture from same range and everything arrived well packaged and have not found any problems. Will definately be shopping here again.
