Only had this machine for a month but like the ease of use. I previously used chlorine water and soaked it, drying and bla bla. This is as easy as it can be.

Not US company-china ripoff
We purchased leg braces for my handicapped wife-they were very cheaply made and didn't fit with her doctor prescribed ortho shoes. They were not used and we mailed them back UPS for a refund-haven't heard a word after several attempts-currently filing complaint with BBB. Stay away from this sham chinese ripoff company!

Ich suchte nach einem Korsett für einen Freund und bestellte hier bei Ober health in der Annahme es handelt sich um europäisches Produkt mit einer schnellen Lieferung. Der jenigen wird gesund before die Lieferung eintritt. Hätte ich gewusst dass es sich chemische Billigware handelt, hätte ich niemals bestellt. Ich warte immer noch auf der Ware. Trackinginformation sagt, immer noch in China in der Fabrik und wartet auf Abholung. Also lieber in Deutschland bei deutschen Firmen bestellen und weniger Ärger.

Order took much longer than expected…
Order took much longer than expected only arrived after I chased and asked for a refund. Plug is also mot suitable for U.K. so can’t use until I’ve bought an adapter.

I needed to return the product, and Ms Joyce made the experience worth returning. She listened to my reasons for needing to return this particular device and offered options, which were greatly appreciated. Shipping was fast, Great fit
Shipping was very quick especially since it came from China. This foot brace is exactly what I was looking for. Fits excellent with great drop foot and ankle support and is comfortable to wear and very easy to put on and take off.
Size 13 shoe, XL brace. For less than $50.00 it's a great deal.

This is not a negative review on the Brace as I’m sure if it fit properly it would work very well. This is due to the sizing, I ordered a large as I’m 140lb, definitely did not think I would be an extra large. It fits very small, I wanted to do an exchange but the returned is apparently at my expense from Canada to the US. It is very pricy on top of the cost of the brace, I feel that the company should pay for the return and send a shipping label. The sizing is very off in there descriptions. Very disappointed I have an expensive brace that I can’t use.
Not great customer service.

They are a scam. Located in China
The company's website gives NO indication that they are located in China. All reviews on the website are fake. I have ordered a thumb brace. It took 4 weeks to arrive. Cheapest of the cheap quality, sized for a child not adult. They do not respond to emails.
Filed a case with PayPal.

Still waiting over 3 weeks
Ordered a brace to wear to bed after surgery that I had 4 weeks ago. I still haven't received the brace. The braces are coming from China. It's ridiculous that they are selling medical supplies but making people wait for them. Never will I order from Ober health again. Just use Temu. It's faster!!
Update: just received package damaged and missing a piece. Order through a trusted place with easy returns. Returning to China isn't a good option. Throwing good money after bad. Never...ever...again!!

Protable CPAP machind.
They double billed my credit card. The product is junk, non-medical grade materials. The battery will only last three to four hours. I have a sinus infection after using only a few days. The reviews on the website are all bogus! Do not buy anything from this company.

Recently and mistakenly had purchased an item from this mob base on assumption that they are based in USA and there product are top end quality made and shipped from US which is basically false they are Chinese based seller and cheap garbage product which you will find them on line an for fracture of the price of what this mobs are selling and with the payment you don't have an option to go through pay pal and other secure payments which will protect your money in case of returning the item . I have paid a top $ for and item which was sent with defect and asked for replacement and they asked me to return the item at my expense which is rubbish so do not approach this mobs as they are fake business running from China and charging the products that are not ab to op quality.

Portable Suction machine - DO NOT BUY THIS!
Suction machine- pressure dial is broken. VERY HARD to get any suction. The company said I could return it at my expense, they might not send a new one, and they might not give me a refund! Good luck trying to find anyone available at customer service! Tried to use it again today- almost impossible to get suction unless you are holding the pressure knob very tightly to the highest level. Hard to hold knob and suction your loved one. $180 wasted!
