I had a very bad experience with OBHost. I lost access to my VPS without any prior notice or explanation. All my data and configurations are gone, and their support has been completely unhelpful and unresponsive.
I relied on this VPS for critical tasks, and the way OBHost handled the situation is unacceptable. There was no communication, no attempt to resolve the issue, and no backup or recovery assistance offered.
I strongly advise others to avoid OBHost if you value your data, uptime, and support. There are far better and more reliable VPS providers out there.

I have been a customer of OBHost for 5 years, and unfortunately, my recent experiences have compelled me to reconsider my satisfaction with their services.
Over the past 6 months, my websites has faced recurrent issues, including downtime and slow performance. Despite reaching out to their support team multiple times, the problems persist, and I am now receiving complaints from my clients.
While I appreciate the efforts made by the support team to resolve each incident individually, it appears that the root causes are not effectively addressed, leading to a recurrence of issues shortly after each resolution.
The specific problems I am encountering have significantly impacted the performance and reliability of my website, jeopardizing the reputation of my business. The impact on my clients' satisfaction is of great concern

I've been using OBHost for nearly a year, and it's the best I've ever encountered. The contract has been renewed for another year this month.
Not only are their prices very competitive, but also the work order is answered in a timely manner, and the team can always answer my questions at any time.
As for the quality of the product is very good, the connection speed is also very fast. At present, I have been online for more than 200 days without being dropped, and it is really very stable.

The response to my request was never…
At last they have seen reason with me and have refunded me. I am glad they did but for their service, I can bet you their is no other service like them. Just that their free ssl is having issue with subdomains. I have advised the should do something serious about that. I guess they must have taken that into consideration.
