We work direct with letting agents to improve their quality and performance when delivering maintenance. Once Ocean Maintenance receives a work order, we form a middle ground between the lettings agent and the tenants. We contact tenants directly and keep everybody in the loop. We believe there are never any problems, there's only solutions and once we take on a job, you can consider it done.

Outstanding
Ocean Maintenance have been absolutely outstanding. I honestly could not have asked for a better service. I immediately knew that had the job in hand and nothing was too much trouble! I needed a job doing to a specific time frame and it was completed quicker than I ever expected.
Some companies I have used have lacked in communication skills, but OM are always happy to explain the procedures with me and are always on the other end of the phone if I have ever needed a quick chat/advice. They are very friendly and Osen even offered to take a look at my wifi for me when I mentioned that it was playing up, despite this not being his job!
I do not recommend anybody other than Ocean Maintenance. Thanks guys!!!

Very happy
I use Ocean Maintenance for our flat. Honestly, i couldn't be happier with the service. They saved the day last December when our boiler broke, and I had them out again this morning to fix a door that came of its hinges.
Really happy with how quickly they can get the problem fixed.

Excellent, Competent and Ethical
Would highly recommend Ocean Maintenance. Absolutely first-class service from initial meeting to the aftercare. Complete professionals who explain what they are doing and show you their work throughout.
Communication is excellent. Our bathroom and kitchen are both looking great. The new shower is working effectively.

Hi Ben i'm sorry you feel that way. Our meeting for your interview was scheduled for 2:15pm on the Saturday. We attempted to call you 3 times during the day before the meeting to ensure you would definitely be coming but we got your voicemail. We still went and were there for 40 minutes previous and waited for 15 minutes after the arranged time - we just assumed you wouldn't be coming. Only after we had left did we receive a call return from you. I wish you all the best with your future and we're sorry if you feel the way you do. Take Care

Fast, friendly and professional
I needed a couple of jobs doing at home (kitchen taps fixing, shower re-sealing), a quick chat with Ocean Properties and the work was done within a couple of days. The jobs were done to a high standard and the guys there are super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service
I have been working with Ocean Maintenance on behalf of Tristrams Sales and Lettings for the past couple of months. I have to say the service they provide is outstanding! If I have an urgent job for a tenant they recitfy this quicker than needed.
They are professional and always good at communicating with me, which I find extremely helpful!
Chidi and Sam are the ones that I have been communicating with and have been superb with me and always giving me a helping hand.
If you are wanting any works done then I would definatly recommend Ocean Maintenance.
