Slow shipping to the EU
High shipping cost to the EU, slow shipping (DHL is the worst of all possiblities to AUT, wouldnt be faster than the 20th according to the original shipping estimation, now on the 22nd still not received), additional VAT (banner during check out, that this needs to be paid to the shipping company would be fair). What a pity.

I am very sorry you are disappointed with your order.
The order was placed on 10th May and required a couple of items to be made, this was then dispatched on 12th May to Austria via DHL.
I can see that the Taxes were paid to DHL on the 18th May and the parcel is now due for delivery on the 20th.
With regards the VAT, since brexit, all orders outside the UK are charged at Zero Rated VAT (no VAT charged by us). I just want to reassure you that you did not pay any VAT to us on this order.
VAT is then due on import to your country at your countries VAT rate. This is outlined in our international in our international orders information page:
