Riya at the Derby Ocean office a real 5 star performance. Helped with multiple ticket bookings & changes of dates of travel / Obtaining a visa when OCI update failed / communication was great whilst I spent 3 months in India - Any queries were resolved asap. I am a very demanding customer but Riya delivered each time and is definitely an asset to the Ocean team. Well done !
