Your customer service is poor.
staff don't know what they are doing
Branch manager takes days to ring you back and won't talk to you because they are doing paperwork.
supervisors at hq don't ring you back
when you ring back after missed calls ,staff don't know who made the telephone call .

Overall a good service, pick up of vehicle and drop off were excellent. An extra star would have been given if I didn't have to get under the car and secure the plastic guard protecting the engine as this was left scraping the ground. This aside the finish of paintwork was first class.

Repairs done well and didn't take too long.

The repairs to my car were great. It came back cleaned too.
My issue was with the curtesy car. I phoned and the driver who returned my car apparently put a complaint in.... there was no water in the windscreen bottle which was annoying when I needed it. So that wasn't checked. But worst of all the glove compartment wasn't checked and there was a condom in it !!! Ive been expecting an apology but nothing.
