Disappointing
Been a client with them since 6 years, since the last incident that happened in cpanel, they didn't have any sort of backup and thus i ended up losing all my data , project, and DBs , and everything ,extremely disappointing , they will never see any of my pennies again

We would, however, like to clarify that backup systems were in place. Unfortunately, following the recent international cPanel security incident, the available backup associated with your account was found to be damaged and could not be restored successfully.
Our technical team made several recovery attempts, but regrettably, the affected data could not be recovered. We sincerely apologize for the impact this has had on your projects and business.
We remain available to discuss your case privately and review any remaining recovery possibilities or assistance we may still be able to provide.

I've worked with them so many times in the past, and I'll still work with them from now on since they provide one of the best services of hosting websites and web applications.
