I had an issue this morning with regards to the phone calls that we have been receiving from people claiming that they were from Octopus. Sunil dealt with my phone call and reassured me that we were
doing everything correctly in dealing with these people. I found Sunil extremely pleasant and helpful and the follow up email from him was much appreciated. A very helpful member of your team.

Best company to deal with , great staff and customer services

My business energy account was previously with BULB before Octopus took over. I had a long standing significant dispute with BULB regarding their billing practices and lack of usage data. I had an Ombudsman decision in my favour but Bulb failed to put in place the remedies and could not produce an accurate bill. I had spent hundreds of hours trying to sort out this account as it was put in and out of collection with constant threats and accusations I was trying to rip them off and yet they could not and would not fix the problem. Octopus took over the account and after going through the dispute with several agents, Ahmed took over resolving the account. As you can imagine I did not have much faith he would resolve it as my experience had been an agent would pick it up and try to resolve it, see they could not do so easily and put the whole thing into collection-- and around we would go again with the collection agent reading the Ombudsman decision and kicking it back again. Repeat. But Ahmed did not do this. He resolved the account like BULB should have done 5 years previously. He was polite and followed up. The account has now been regularised and it is an enormous relief. I am so glad I can focus on my business rather than the billing practices of BULB. Thank you Ahmed and Octopus.

Moving my Cricket Clubs energy supply to Octopus was effortless. Jamie-Lea was very professional and clear explaining all the options available and what additional technical changes that would be required. Octopus are more competitive on a number of counts against alternative energy suppliers.

Paris listened to our problem and signed us up straight away quickly and efficiently. It only took a few minutes and we were all ready to go.

I'm already a domestic customer and have just switched my business Energy to Octopus also. As always, they answer the phone, make the process easy and are on hand to help when needed as was the case with my sign up, sorted by a quick call in under 5 minutes which just what I've come to expect from Octopus, keep up the good work and thank you !

I spoke to Chris who helped me set up an account for electricity bills for the first time. The call went really smoothly and he was able to explain all of my options so that I could make the right choice!

Aneesa was polite, friendly and professional. She dealt with my questions and query most efficiently.
The phone was answered more or less straight away. I will not dread calling octopus should I need too in the future.
