I placed an order on the 11th September, It says the sender has advised they have dispatched your item to Royal Mail, but heard nothing since. I've tried to ring the number on customer services - the number doesn't exist. I've tried to email, the email has bounced back. I somehow need to try and get a refund.

Took 3 weeks to deliver, shoes were fakes. Now trying to get a refund. Waste of time.

Avoid ordered on 31 August and still haven’t received

Glad I paid extra for tracking dodgy company

My experience with Oculak matches the many others on here. I searchd Google for Asics Gel Nimbus 27 shoes and was presented with many adds from Oculak. All looked bona fide so I ordered the shoes I wanted. I quickly received a response saying the order had been accepted. Then nothing for several days until I realised their may be a problem. I contacted Oculak customer service via their email address and had no response but did get a few days later a tracking number for royal mail that indicated that a tracking number had been initiated but Royal mail had not received the parcel. I contacted customer service again asking for a refund since I had not received anything over a period of 2 weeks and the parcel had not yet been sent. I heard nothing back for a few days. I then got an email indicating the tracking had changed to parcel in the UK. It was at Heathrow so this is not a UK based business.

To my surprise, a parcel did arrive. The packaging has no information about returns. I have compared the shoes I received with a pair of genuine Asics Gel Nimbus 27 shoes. The shoes I received are not genuine but counterfeit.

During this process, i contacted my bank who were helpful. Google were useless. They promoted the adds for Oculak and they told me that the adds didn't go against their policy and so they did nothing. This is worrying because Google AI itself says that Oculak is a dodgy company and refers to numerous reviews on Truspilot to demonstrate this. Yet they continue to make money from fraudulent adds.

The UK fraud reporting site is also useless. They are not bothered because it seems that it is too much trouble for them to find out that people are being ripped off. I think the address Oculak are using to give the impression that they are a UK based business is actually the address of Sony UK in London.

Sadly most people will read these reviews after placing an order when it is too late. In case you read this before placing an order.... don't use Oculak.

Placed an order on the 8th and still not received any delivery date or confirmation. Terrible company do not use

Took over 2 weeks to get some trainers. By that point I didn't need them. I have tried to contact them multiple times to organise a return and refund and I am being totally ignored.

Personally I would give this company zero stars. Absolute Joke. I placed an order on the 5th september, Black waterproof shoe cloud 6 for my son. 80 odd quid and still not recieved. The contact number on their website is false, when you call its says you have dialled an incorrect number. I tried emailing them on the email address they also have on their website and it wouldn't work. I wouldn't bother buying anything from here.

UPDATE: contacted my bank and they contacted oculak, a day later it says my item had been dispatched on shop. Yesterday shop stated the trainers had been delivered, not to me they wernt, I caught the postman and asked if there was any trainers delivered yesterday, he said no, then he rang royalmail and asked where my parcel had been delivered to and they had been delivered to Perth and I live in Newcastle. Ridiculous.

I ordered trainers 9 days ago. Didn't receive email confirm, tried all the contacts, email, web form and number listed on their site. Email bounces, Phone number is not real and no reply to the web form. Something is wrong.

Terrible. Same as others. No delivery of trainers ordered 4 Sept. False dispatch RM tracking. Julie bot reply. I’ve requested refund so waiting response and then on to credit card company. If you paid by credit card you will be reimbursed following refund request for non delivery.

I’m changing my review as my Veja shoes did eventually arrive. It took 18 days and there are some things you should know about Oculak BEFORE you decide to order:

1. Their delivery time was, in my case, far slower than I would expect. Their website does not manage customer expectations on this at all. My order was immediately flagged as sent, eventually said to be on its way to Royal Mail and then… nothing happened for days.

2. Their communication is poor. If you email them, DO NOT expect a response, either within the 24-hour window they claim they will reply within or, in fact, at all.

3. They claim to be ‘a family-owned business based in London,’ but there is no hint of a company by this name at Companies House, their advertised telephone number does not work and there is no trace of a company called Oculak at the given London address (which appears to be Sony’s address)

In short, I was left with a feeling that I had lost my money and there was no reassurance or indication to the contrary.

Yes, my order DID arrive and yes, it seems to be as advertised and I am happy BUT you may need to be prepared to sit tight and wait about 3 weeks OR kick up a stink to get any action OR sit back and be happy to wait.

I hope this helps – I feel it’s a balanced review. Still leaving it as 1-star due to the lack of customer service.

Waiting for delivery no tracking available

Ordered trainers over a 5 days ago, says they have been dispatched, no tracking number and order number not recognised. I suspect these are probably coming from China and are fake. If they are i will personally return them for a refund.

Disgraceful company, happy to take money off customers.

Why have a contact form to fill out on the website if you cant be bothered to actually contact your customers back. Soon as the shoes were delivered I contacted for details to return as stated on their website. Got ignored 4 times. Someone finally decided to reply and declined my return stating the sale was under a promotional offer. And were not able to offer a refund under their promotional sales policy. But were happy for me to spend an extra £35 to recieve another pair that is a better size. So their happy to take money off people but not let customers return things.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, statutory return rights apply equally to promotional and sale goods purchased online. Any customer is allowed the right to return something especially when bought online even if its on sale

Do not use. £90 down with a pair of trainers that dont fit.
I dont even think they have a customer service department. And if they do. They need sacking. Terrible.

All ok slow delivery but they seem genuine . A lot of negative reviews so i thought id share my experience.

Fraud company, do not use. Ordered a pair of running shoes over 2 weeks ago and they’ve still not arrived. Phone number is not recognised and email doesn’t send as the email address is fake.

Scam company. Do not use!! I ordered from them and didn't receive. I was in contact with there customer services who went completely silent after 2 weeks. Very poor. Fraud company ripping off brits. Stay away

After writing a review about the non-delivery of goods, I took the advice from one other reviewer and asked for a refund. Miraculously, they arrived the next day. I am pleased with the shoes and they are genuine but I would not used this firm again as I had to write too many emails to get my parcel. You can’t get them on the phone and they usually ignore emails.

I received the goods - a pair of running shoes - but they did not fit and the company wants to charge half the cost again to replace them.
