Love the hoodie, shipping was quick

I ordered a hoodie a week ago but never received an order conformation email. I have tried to contact the support multiple times but have gotten nothing back. It has only been a week so I hope it’s just a misunderstanding and I am not being scammed.

Placed order on August 19th and my order never shipped. Tried to reach out to customer support and have yet to hear back. Has been over a week since reaching out. I just want my cool hoodie :(

Didn’t receive my order. Been over a week with 3-5 day shipping

I ordered a hoodie last wednesday and it still hasn’t been processed/shipped..

I got several emails asking for reviews, but never an email back from customer support asking for an ETA for my order. It's been nearly a month while the website ETA is 3-5 days to ship. It's unforunately probably a scam.

The first sort of confirmation I got that my order was sent though, was this, begging for a review. I sent the money but it said the order hadn’t been placed. No word on when or if it’s gonna be sent out

Never received my package nor have a tracking number to see where it is.

Great experience buying from OCVLVS. Had a little problem with shipping, but it wasn’t there fault. Had to address my problems with the shipping company, which was a dead end. Contacted OCVLVC customer service, without question reshipped my order and as a courtesy overnighted the delivery.
