A wonderful experience working with Eddy Ferreira at ODC Glass! Ours was a smaller design project, and still Eddy handled it with exceptional care, precision, and dedication. Their glazing options—of which there are many—are absolutely beautiful. From the outset, Eddy was incredibly thorough, providing detailed quotes and comprehensive brochures. As our concepts evolved, he effortlessly adjusted specifications for exact sizing updates and structural shape changes. He even suggested a colour modification that lowered the cost, showing real integrity. Eddy explained complex technical details simply and clearly on the phone and via email. It was a collaborative, professional, and genuinely enjoyable process. ODC Glass works seamlessly with designers and contractors alike, and I highly recommend requesting Eddy personally.

This review is based on the experience and service I received. We didn’t proceed with an order but in hindsight wish I did!
I got in touch with ODC for quoting sliding doors, bifold doors and a skylight. From the first interaction we had, the service has always been personal, friendly and professional. Eddie, who I dealt with helped me navigate lots of questions and answers. And more recently with a poof experience from Express Bifolding Doors, helped me navigate lots of other options. If I had to choose again between the two I would have gone for ODC but unfortunately for a few reasons we couldn’t.

Hi Amber,

Just a short note to thank you and the fitting crew for the excellent teamwork in organizing and fitting our replacement glass patio door.

The original broken glass pane is shown in the photo below.

The work was completed earlier this week on one of the hottest days of the year, yet the team worked tirelessly throughout and carried out the installation in a highly efficient and professional manner.

The existing heavy patio door was carefully removed and replaced with the new one. During installation, the team noticed that a small part of the rubber gasket beneath the door had become displaced.

Rather than leaving it as it was, they removed the new door again, re positioned the gasket correctly, and then refitted the door—no small task given its size and weight.

They also refitted the rubber seals, thoroughly checked the operation of all three door panels, and ensured that everything worked perfectly before they left.

The result is an excellent piece of workmanship. The patio doors look superb, operate smoothly, and were left clean and sparkling.

Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to everyone involved. Their hard work, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done properly were very much appreciated.

Well done to the whole team, and many thanks once again.

We've now worked with ODC on several of our residential projects and we've been really pleased with their approach and attention to detail during the design stage. They are really easy to work with, knowledgable and proactive.

We are absolutely delighted with our new made-to-measure sliding door from ODC Glass. The finished installation looks excellent, feels extremely solid and has clearly been manufactured and fitted to a very high standard.

The installation team did a superb job. They were professional, careful and courteous throughout, and gave me a clear and helpful introduction to the door system once the work was completed.

What impressed me just as much was the company’s support during the long period leading up to the installation. Our wider building project experienced several delays and interruptions, but ODC remained patient, kept in regular contact and never put us under pressure.

Most remarkably, they honoured the price from their original quotation, despite that quotation having been provided more than three years earlier. In the current climate, that level of fairness and integrity is exceptional.

From the initial sales process through to the final installation, our experience with ODC Glass has been entirely positive. They have delivered an excellent bespoke product and backed it up with first-class customer service. I would recommend them without hesitation.

From start to finish, sales, survey, fitting the ODC team have exceeded our expectations. We are over the moon with the finished project. But the staff went above and beyond to deliver a big part of our dream home.

ODC gave us a quite competitive quote and a promise of a "6-8 weeks from Finalised Order" delivery time. The actual delivery time was 12 weeks (a month delay) which was a considerable inconvenience.

During the installation, the installers carelessly propped one of the metal pieces which got blown over onto our new expensive floor which made a huge gouge. ODC claimed that we couldn't "prove" that the installers were at fault, but offered to split the cost of a repair (£100 each). We agreed. It is now July, 4 months later and they still don't answer my emails about how we get this matter sorted.

Not as bad a bait-and-switch of other suppliers we have dealt with, but beware of their promises and assurances.

IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY - No indication was given of a "Christmas shutdown period" in the quote. They did not offer "£200", but to "split" the estimated £200 repair cost (ie. £100). And they never forwarded the details of the repairer.

We moved into a house where ODC had fitted a set of large bifold doors 7 years ago, and had a problem where we couldn’t always lock the doors, and they weren’t opening smoothly. From our first contact with the company on the phone and talking to Amber in the remedial department, we have had excellent service. We completed a simple online form and sent photos to show the problem. We received a quote for the necessary repairs within a few days, and fixed a date for the repairs within the coming fortnight. The duo who arrived to do the work (Ricky and Seb) were friendly and efficient, and I got the impression they went ‘above and beyond’ just sorting the problem that we’d noted, and made sure the whole system was working like new. We’re delighted with the outcome, and would thoroughly recommend ODC.

ODC Glass were fantastic from start to finish. From our initial meeting at their London office on Bollo Lane, through the survey and installation process, the standard of service and workmanship was first-class throughout.

We are extremely pleased with the finished result of our sliding doors and kitchen extension window. The quality is outstanding, and it has become a truly stunning feature of our home.

We would highly recommend ODC Glass to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and high-quality service.

Thoroughly charming, professional and responsive service from Tom Barrett from beginning to end. Knowledgeable, thorough and reassuring expertise from Elliott on the installation. And a fantastic team on the day to install my beautiful new doors. I could not be happier with the experience and the outcome. Thank you ODC. I recommend you wholeheartedly.

I was involved as project administrator with our clients to liaise with ODC and the client and contractor to bring the scheme together and I can say that they were very proactive, helpful and made details available throughout the process and in a couple of areas we had some non standrad detailing which Cameron and the design team were happily to assist and provide their advice and details of previous solutions, and on fitting of the product the service has been great and a thorough report provided by them of the site inspection after installation

Very confidence inspiring, clearly great quality product and highly professional approach.

We couldn't be happier with ODC Glass. From the initial enquiry right through to installation, the whole experience was seamless and professional. The quality of the glazing is superb, beautifully engineered, great finish, and exactly what we were looking for. The support team were knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure to deal with at every stage. It's rare to find a company that delivers so consistently on both the product and the customer experience. Highly recommended. We wouldn't hesitate to use ODC again.

When planning our garden room we had a clear plan of what we wanted and ODC helped us to realise our vision. Being able to visit the showroom was a great help and throughout the experience all of the team have been friendly, helpful and good at communicating with us.

There was quite a long wait to get the glass units fitted but when they came, the installation team were amazing getting it all done within a day.

We love the slim agate grey frames - our garden room has transformed how we use our house and enjoy our garden.

After sales care has been great too so I would happily recommend ODC.

We have great experience using OCD Glass. They are our go-to for external and internal glazing. We work with Oli, who is very professional and proactive, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to homeowners.

A very professional service throughout .From our initial visit to the showroom,on site survey and fittng of our new triple track sliding door system.
We were kept informed along the whole process.

The finish and end product are top quality and we were are very happy with the result.
We could have found a similar product for a slightly lower cost ,but felt assured after seeing the showroom and previous projects that ODC were the right choice.
The product also felt more robust and able to provide longevity.
Would recommend them without hesitation.

We are absolutely delighted with our new bi-folding glass doors, designed, manufactured, and installed by OCD Glass & Door Systems in the UK. From the initial brief through to the finished product, the overall process went smoothly, although there was a slight delay compared to the original timeline.

That said, the level of service and support we received throughout was excellent. A special thank you to our Project Coordinator, Saima Shaikh, for her professionalism and helpfulness.

We truly appreciate the team’s efforts and would highly recommend their services.

Following my report of malfunctioning mechanism for the internal venetian blinds, Mr. Master immediately reported the issue to the customer support team. Very quickly I was contacted by 'Amber Paine' who responded immediately by referring the problem to maintenance team. The team responded flawlessly with suitable dates for appointments but unfortunately the manufacturer got the measurements wrong on a couple of occasions. 'Amber Paine' responded positively in a friendly and timely fashion on all occasions occasions. Very sensitive to customer needs in fixing the appointments. The job was concluded successfully. The whole project was managed in a very friendly and customer-sensitive manner, thanks to Amber's conscientious attitude.

Excellent service from start to finish.

We had a large 3-pane sliding door and fixed floor to ceiling window in customer RAL colour installed in our kitchen/diner extension.

After getting many (many) quotes from a lot of companies (we're quite picky), it was clear that ODC were the guys to go with.

They were not the cheapest (but still competitive), yet the level of service (and patience) we received from Eddy combined with the quality of their product made the extra cost well worth it.

The installation team were all friendly, fast and tidy and the quality of work was fantastic.

As with all building work, you have to expect a little snag now and then. We did have one tiny issue. But Seb quickly arranged for a team to be on site to fix this and check the door over once more. No problems at all since.

Would definitely recommend.

We are delighted with the windows, bi fold doors and skylight in our new kitchen. Our architect worked closely with Tom to ensure the specification fully matched the design, and the site survey and manufacturing process were handled smoothly with excellent coordination alongside our builders. The installation team were professional and efficient, completing the work to a high standard.
Now that we’ve had the chance to use the doors following completion of the building work, we’re extremely impressed with the overall quality of the products. We would happily recommend ODC to our friends and family.
