What made my experience great was Chester from the moment the application went in Both myself and my accountant found Chester to be not only empathetic and attentive to our requirements but his efficency ay processing the loan was nothing short off outstanding. In todays world off business customer service of this level is sometimes hard to find but Chester displayed it in buckets!

Honestly all because of andrew he was the best ever
I changed my mind a few times he didn't get angry and just said yeah done whatever u want
He also dealt with eveything for me as I was busy at work during the day and he would call me after work amazing service from Andrew

Appreciate the fast process and getting the approval soon. However higher commission fee. Three options were given after final assessment but after picked the best option, the interest rate got changed which was disappointing. Thanks

Andrew is phenomenal in his work. Thorough, covering all basis and informing me on every step of the way. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Having to do everything online is an uncomfortable feeling. Although I completed the process, I hated every step of the process. Giving my personal log in details to an external institution through your portal is unfair, and gives entrapment feeling and for this reason I would give a 0 if I could and would never ever recommend ODIN. I was just desperate.
