We had a a top quality experience with our bathroom refurbishment with Odyssey Bathrooms. The quality of the work was outstanding as was the quality of the service.

Thank you to the whole team at Odyssey. From the very beginning of the project through to completion the whole team have been so professional to deal with and the bathroom looks amazing. Would absolutely recommend them.

Getting a bathroom totally remodelled is never easy so it was well worth getting it done by Odyssey Bathrooms.
They were extremely professional and efficient from start to finish.
I would highly recommend them.

We just had our ensuite bathroom exquisitely completed by Odyssey. They did the original ensuite in 2007! They also did our main bathroom in 2020, so they are 100% our go-to.
We wouldn’t use anyone else.
Highly recommend, impeccable service from start to finish.

Odyssey have given me a beautiful bathroom finished to a high standard

Want to say a huge thank you to the whole team at Odyssey bathroom who recently completed our bathroom renovation to the highest quality. The whole process from start to finish was brilliant.

We met with Lorna and Richard in store who helped us patiently choose the different fittings, tiles etc with 2 young children in tow. Using the mock up image to really help us visualise what the space would look like. We never felt rushed, the communication was excellent and they were both very helpful.

Special mention to Robert who visited everyday to keep us in loop and make sure we were happy with how the work was progressing and allowing us to ask any questions if needed. A great level of communication which made the wjole process feel smooth.

Each and every tradesman who worked on the job turned up when they said they would, kept everything clean and tidy, allowed us time to make any necessary choices or changes when needed and were polite and friendly. The level of work was just brilliant. Thanks for all your hard work.

Overall i would not hesitate to recommend Odyssey bathroom to anyone looking to have a bathroom renovation done. We are delighted with the end results and the the whole process from start to finish and everyone involved so thank you Odyssey Bathrooms!

We got two bathrooms completely renovated a few months apart by Odyssey and I cannot recommend them enough. They give you a graphical mockup of the bathroom before. You can choose the fixtures, fittings and tiles in their showroom. The quality of the work is top grade. I have seen bathrooms belonging to friends that were done recently by other companies and the quality of the work is not nearly as good. They are also very clean workers. If you are considering getting a bathroom done do not hesitate to call them as they are the best at what they do.

Professional, clean, efficient & a lovely group to work with. We are beyond happy with our new bathroom & en-suite.
Would highly recommend odyssey bathrooms

I recently had my en suite renovated by Odyssey Bathrooms and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

From the first call with Lorna, the advice from Richard and the fantastic on site service from Robert and his team I have come out with a beautiful new en suite bathroom.

The entire renovation was run with military precision and the communication from Robert in terms of what to expect, happened exactly as forewarned.

The trades were punctual and tidied up after themselves and just got on with the job in hand and their attention to detail was second to none

I couldn’t recommend Odyssey enough and I will be back to them next year for my main bathroom!

We recently had both our main bathroom and en-suite replaced by Odyssey Bathrooms and couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. The team were professional, reliable, and incredibly friendly to deal with. The workmanship is top quality, everything was completed to a very high standard, and they stuck to the agreed timelines exactly as promised. It made the whole process stress-free, and the end result has completely transformed our home. We would highly recommend Odyssey Bathrooms to anyone looking for top-class service and beautiful results.

We had our main bathroom completely gutted and renovated by Odyssey and couldn't be happier. Having the visualation up front come to life is great. We had a few other changes to the layout encompassing a former hot press and everything worked out perfectly. Timings were very good and we got a quality end result.

Absolutely Delighted with Renovation of En Suite
Recently, due to health reasons, I needed to have a walk-in shower installed in the ensuite as soon as possible. Odyssey Bathrooms had been recommended to me by a few people and from my first contact with the company, I knew that the project was in good hands.
Richard and Lorna talked me through my options, in detail, regarding the different tile designs, bathroom fittings and in particular, the new layout. They were especially sensitive to my request that everything was to be nonslip and to have no trip hazards anywhere. They offered suggestions regarding the design, to accommodate me in the future, if I should become less mobile, which I found very helpful.
When all was agreed, I was provided with images of what the finished bathroom would loom like. Then an invoice was provided, setting in detail all of the work to be done, the costings, and the expected time schedule. I found it very reassuring to know exactly what to expect, money wise, work wise, and time wise.
Robert and his team of tradesmen came to carry out the work. Unfortunately, they immediately discovered problems under the floorboards that had been caused by prior building works. However, Robert and his team were very proactive in explaining both the problems and how they would be sorted out. The time for the completion of the work was extended due to these difficulties, which was unavoidable. However, Robert prioritised getting the work finished as quickly as possible and did not go on to the next job, and leave me waiting. Everything did get sorted out to my satisfaction and I am very particular!
I found all of the team of tradesmen to be very hard-working and professional, but don’t wish to name them in case I leave anybody out.
Robert managed the whole project with a positive and “can do” attitude. When the problems arose due to the prior building work, he was very keen to sort out everything and to keep me appraised of what was happening, as were his team.
I’m delighted with my “new” ensuite and feel very safe using the shower.
The attention to detail in particular by everyone involved was very evident. I’m so pleased with the results, that I’m sorry that I didn’t get the renovation done long ago.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.
Well done and a big thank you to everyone.

Odessy Bathrooms team of exceptionally skilled tradesmen is a true testimony to the precise work and attention to every detail executed in our new bathroom. The whole renovation project from commencement to completion was seamless with a clean worksite maintained at all times. A huge thanks to all the team at Odessy Bathrooms Richard and Lorna who advised on all the choices of sanitary ware and executed the design work, Robert the project manager, Serge who with great care removed our old bathroom leaving a clean blank room ready for new works to begin, Arpi the tiler, Philip the carpenter, Minimus the plumber, and Ian the electrician. We would absolutely recommend without any hesitation Odyssey Bathrooms to all as we now have a magnificent bathroom future proofed for life.

Franco Olive and Joshua

All the staff at Odyssey take pride in their workmanship, from the start of the process right through to the finish of a beautiful bathroom.
We were extremely pleased with our bathrooms, the attention to detail is second to none. Any queries are dealt with promptly and properly. We would highly recommend Odyssey Bathrooms to anyone wishing to renovate, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I’m only thrilled with my new bathroom designed and fitted by Odyssey Bathrooms.

From the start Richard and Lorna talked me through my options, covering different tile designs and bathroom fittings along with layout. They offered suggestions that complemented each other into a grand design. When all was agreed they produced rendered images of what the finished bathroom would be like with the choices I had made.

Here, Robert and his team came in to perform the fitting, clearing out the old and realising the bathroom of my dreams. Their attention to detail, and pride of work was second to none. It is uncanny that the finished bathroom looks exactly like the mock-ups produced only a few weeks prior to it being completed.

I only have positives from dealing with the whole team in Odyssey Bathrooms.
