SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

It does not even deserve one star. They do not ship!!! I am lucky that i did the payment with Klarna, i notified klarna that i didnt get anything and that they do not answer their emails. So luckily because of the Klarna payment i didnt lose my money but if i didnt pay with klarna I wouldn’t have gotten anything. I have waited more than a month before i notified Klarna because i wanted to give them a change to still ship te order but they didn’t

Absolute scammers, do not buy from them! They are using TikTok ads to target excited Off Campus fans and completely ripping everyone off.

I ordered a jumper back on 19th May, and it never arrived. When I messaged them on the site to cancel, they forced me off the secure chat to email some sketchy external Outlook address. They refused to give me my money back and had the cheek to offer me 10% off another item to try and string me along for another month! On top of that, they are actually bad-mouthing people online who try to point out their shady behaviour. It’s disgusting and so childish.

I wasn't letting them get away with it, so I opened a formal dispute with my bank. Their fraud team investigated and literally just ruled in my favour, permanently seizing my £27 back from these cowboys.

If you’ve been ripped off by them, do not waste your time trying to message them. Go straight to your bank, report them for fraud, and get a chargeback. I’ve also reported them to Shopify and Action Fraud. Complete fraudsters, avoid at all costs!

Been contacting them for over a week and not heard anything luckily I payed on Klarna so frozen my payment and will not be paying one bit I’ve taken it up with klarna as well. I believe this is a scam and do not buy from here TikTok has screwed me over because it’s where I saw it from!!!

Ik heb het pakketje besteld, ik ben nu al 2 weken aan het wachten op mijn bestelling. Ik heb een mail gestuurd waar ook niet op is geantwoord. Dit is een pure SCAM! Val er niet voor. Absoluut niet betrouwbaar.
