Office Coffee Company Opiniones

From the outset it has been a pleasure to do business with the Office Coffee Company. They were shortlisted based on positive reviews and competitive pricing which lead to engaging with their sales team. Our 'Coffee Manager' Paul, was knowledgeable, passionate and professional. His friendly advice and guidance whilst reviewing our options instilled further confidence in the service. The subsequent ordering, installation, training and support has been excellent, with every team member aiming to achieve what is best for their customers. I would highly recommend The Office Coffee Company.

We have two coffee machines and a water cooler at our two office locations, all from Office Coffee Company. Across the two sites, their machines are used by around 100 people, and we’ve never had an issue. We’ve been really happy with their service - from helping us choose the right equipment to installation, maintenance, and deliveries. The team is super friendly and always quick to respond whenever we have questions or requests. We highly recommend them!

We have been using The Office Coffee Co for several years. Excellent service - so much so we swapped out our water provider to combine this with our coffee machine. The changeover was faultless. The service and products are exceptional quality - Highly recommend

Fin & Sophie made our installation and post installation check in very convenient! Great Job

Excellent Customer Service. We have been customers for a while, yet the support and help they provided, during a recent office move, was outstanding.

The quality of the product is amazing. The installation of the machines went very smoothly, and the after-care team have been very helpful and professional.
The daily and weekly maintenance of the coffee machines is also very easy.

Quick and speedy installation with no mess at all. We have a happy office with a good coffee supply! Thank you OCC!

Consistently good and easy to work with. But the main thing is that all our coworkers love the coffee

We have used Office Coffee Company for over six years for our office coffee machines. We recently upgraded and had new ones and the process was made so easy.

Really amazing service from getting costs, advise and the actual set up. I could not be any happier with the service I received. They even brought a machine for us to test. Very happy customer and I would highly recommend.

First class service from beginning to end, the team at the Office Coffee Company know their stuff. Their advice and support is second to none with professionalism running throughout the company, particularly highlighting Sophie, Finn and Jimmy whose dedication to customer service is exceptional - thank you all.

The whole process from selecting the machine desired through tasting to installation was easy and professional. Very little work was required from our side and everyone we met from OCC was friendly and helpful. Plus the coffee is great!
