I’ve been using OffshoreDedicated.net since 2019 for multiple streaming dedicated servers with a 50 Gbps bandwidth commitment. The uptime has been rock solid and the connection speed is excellent. Their team is professional, respects privacy, and responds quickly whenever I need help. After all these years, I can say they’ve been consistent and reliable — one of the few providers that actually deliver what they promise.

Been with Offshorededicated.net for 2 years using a Dual E5 on their Streaming network. Server runs great, support is good, wants to help when facing problem and handles complaints.

So gut wie 0 Support. Es vergehen Tage bis man überhaupt mal eine Antwort bekommt. Beim Anfordern des Transfer Keys vergingen wochen. Wenn man ein Problem hat ist man echt verloren!

I strongly advice anyone even considering this company to stay the hell away. The support is an absolute joke, countless support tickets are ignored...skype support are about as useless as a chocolate teapot.

Nobody has a clue whats going on at this company, I had 1 server up and down for 3 weeks, and 2 servers go down in the same day. Appalling business that cost me 1000s in lost revenue.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I initiated a transfer process with this company, but they failed to initiate the transfer claiming the domain was blocked by another registrar, after clearly contacting the previous registrar and they granted my permission to transfer but they won't still do the transfer.

I decided to use another registrar to perform the transfer and asked Offshore dedicated to refund my money but no one would respond to me after several days of no response from them, my ticket was marked as closed and until now I have had no refund nor response from them.
Last year, I used their hosting, and it was very slow, I had to stop and transferred all my domains to a new hosting.
Please DO NOT use this hosting company unless you are ready to lose money.

Great dedicated server providers. Would like to work with them more in near future.
