Imagine I placed an order and paid for next day delivery and it was delivered in less than 3 hours. I even forgot to do the unboxing of how it was packaged nicely

Great packaging, fast delivery, and fresh food. I saw their ads on Instagram, and I decided to try them out. The yams were so big and fresh, and the leaves were also delivered fresh. I definitely recommend it 100%. I only had an issue with the customer care guy who spoke brashly to me, even before I mentioned what I needed his help with.

I ordered frozen chicken, turkey and fish and I got it in 2days. I was worried it wouldn't come in good condition but I was proven wrong lol. First I think it's best to be home to receive your order if possible but I think even if I went to work and got back by 5.30pm, it would still be intact. It came in a cooler bag with ice packs in it. There was also a sticker with a message for the drivers telling them to be gentle with the package which I believe was necessary.

The frozen produce were fresh, the fish was well cleaned with the scales removed and my vegetables (efo tete) was fresh and full, I wasn't expecting it. 10/10 recommend! I also got a little gift from them saying thank you. Very thoughtful.

I decided to take a gamble when i stumble into a lady's review in facebook. Place an order to try it if its exactly as advertised. I was really impressed, delivery within 72hrs, well package even got a complementery gift. The only diappointment i had is with the Ugu leave i received actually had to bin it, no where near anything fresh as seen in pic ad reason why i giving this rating, otherwise every other product i bought was very happy with them. Already referred to my friends and family and will be purchasing again but not Ugu leave 😋😋

At first I was very skeptical because there are a lot of bogus site these days but was attracted to the moderate priced items and hard to find items they had. I barely do African food shopping online but because of my busy work I just had no choice. To be honest, I placed my orders for a small amount of £120 before checking out their review and I was not disappointed when I did. This was my second time ordering from Ogbonge and I have to say, I am extremely impressed by the packaging, the quality of the items and most especially, the efficiency with which my order was dealt with. It was delivered within 2 working days and DHL tracking information was sent to me regularly, keeping me informed on the status of the delivery. For someone who rarely buys Naija food stuff in the UK and most definitely not online, my experiences with Ogbogeh have won me over :-).

If you are after exceptional quality and service Ogbongeh is one for that. There was a slight technical glitch with my order but within a few moments of reporting and speaking to them they went above and beyond to sort everything. The goods arrived and I am very impressed with the quality. I'd certainly be ordering from them again and having used other services before I can confirm that this is by far the best.
