Never received my order ignoring my emails and now I'm out of pocket
Will not be ordering from them again
I'm not the 1st person who has said this

Ordered before Christmas, and hoped for delivery before but understand that I missed the cut off, still nothing received as of 7/1/26.

Emailed to politely ask for an update on the 2/1/26 and have no reply.

My account says it was shipped on the 6/1/26, Shop says it's not been shipped yet and as I paid for Royal Mail 24hr if it was in fact shipped on the 6th I would assume I should have it by now.

Poor all round, must be unlucky with all these other amazing reviews.

Ordered before the Christmas cut off date,
Have not received my order.
I have messaged via Facebook, instagram and email which had one response and then has been ignored since.
However have been posting to their Facebook and instagram pages consistently
Terrible customer service
Hopefully I will get a refund
Would not use again or recommend

Brilliant customer service! My bauble arrived damaged and they didn’t hesitate to send a new one out! Would totally recommend!

Update:like other unhappy customers on here where the team at Oh-Flora claim not to have received emails when they’ve fallen short of decent customer service. I sent the initial email to the address on the website at 22.49 on 29/11 the same address as given below and again earlier today. I will gladly add photo proof if trust pilot will allow. Interesting they can respond to a review where it might make a dent in their pocket but not to an email detailing concerns with their products!

Received my items last week but due to my work schedule I got round to opening them on 29/11 a couple of days following delivery.
What a let down. These were meant to be quirky table gifts for my nurse & social worker colleagues at our Staff Xmas night out. I ordered over £30 worth of pens. The dispatch time was okay but when they arrived they were loose in 4 separate Jiffy bags. Some arrived unscrewed with the ink filter exposed, the ones that were shown as silver arrived white, the colours don’t match what they show online. Tbh I’m really disappointed with the quality. I should’ve checked Etsy for better quality at half the price! I emailed straight away and as of today still haven’t had a reply. Really poor customer service I will be requesting a refund or will make a chargeback given that there’s no time to reorder as our meal is on Saturday and I mentioned this in my email. I’m all for supporting small businesses if they play their part too. Unfortunately, Oh Flora just ignores customers.

I am absolutely delighted with the products that I have purchased (excellent quality and completely unique / original) and customer service / delivery is first class too. Have used several times now, will use again and I highly recommend.

Great selection of gifts which are different, making it my go to for funny gifts for my friends. Excellent products and great delivery.

Update: package arrived today amd items as expected so will update stars from 1-3. Still think the customer service and delivery time is unacceptable.

Placed an order on November 8th. Payment went through and got a confirmation email but heard nothing since. Sent an email on the 17th asking for an update, no response. Not impressed!

Update the coasters arrived on 19th November they are lovely and i would order again if it was not for the long delay
I would like to update .oh flora has been in touch amd the coasters were sent out again ! As yet they have still not arrived . 18 days in total . Ordered a set of coasters on 1st November expecting a 7 day dispatch. Almost 2 weeks now . No update . No goods. No reply on email messenger or Facebook as yet . I am hoping to get a reply . Payment taken straightaway . Very disappointing indeed .
I try to use small businesses but this type of service and no number to even ring them is a warning...lesson learned here .

Easy to order and nice bits very well made. Would have given 5 stars but after ordering I never received anything to say my order was accepted, being delivered or any correspondence at all.

Just my sense of humour and I know my friend will love it too.
Arrived promptly with a cute little thank you note from Oh Flora. I love buying and supporting smaller companies so that was an added bonus.

I really like the coasters but on the picture they do look real
Wood where in fact they are vinyl covered mdf style wood . But still I like them and the idea of them but just wish they were solid wood instead
