First delivery late, second delivery went to the wrong address. Emailed and said they couldn't do anything. Replied and asked if there was anything they could do and said it would be a regular order. Emailed ignored. Rubbish customer service, never use them again and will tell people of the terrible service

I ordered new dry dog food as a topper for my dog. Usually he tries to leave it, but with this food he wolfed it down. Delicious dog food, next day delivery. Thanks Oh Doggy!

Great place for my dog to go while I’m at work. Staff are all lovely and look after the dogs very well. Great that you can pay extra for dogs to be walked.

My order was delayed by at least 10 days. I emailed oh doggy on numerous occasions with no response and there is no telephone number for them.

Item never arrived , still stuck at there post office and I had a ticket from Royal Mail through the post asking me to pay £10 postage .. will never use again! No response to any emails!!! Terrible service

UPDATE AGAIN , item hasn’t arrived again!!!! And is now refusing to give me the tracking details and now not responding again .. DEFINITELY AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased .. 48 hour tracked week went by no communication from company . When I emailed I got told no stock but have one with a pink heart . I said I bought blue as my dog is a boy I got. Refund and no further communication terrible and would not use this company again

I would have given 5 stars but the two packets ordered one came in a week but second arrived after two weeks I did not expect that. Maybe next time I will give 5 stars

I find it unacceptable that they will not allow you to call them to discuss issues everything has to be done through email.
