The product I received was not what was shown in the ad. I was very disappointed.

Service was bad. Communication terrible. Received a recharge cord with a European plug in which I can not use.
If there was a 0 rating I would have given that.

The product was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and falsely advertised. I’ll never shop with this company again. When inquired about a refund, no response at all.

Did not receive mini woodcutting chainsaw. Received the chain but not the saw. Wrote to you at least 3 times with no reply. Had to order somewhere else and received it in 3 days. Would appreciate the amount being removed from by credit card.

Your company is very hard to reach out to. The chain I ordered from you did not resolve my issue with my chainsaw. So I am asking for an exchange rather than a refund which normally I would ask for. In talking with paypal due to using my debit card outright rather than as a paypal customer they cannot assist me and have referred me to your company. I have been working on this eversince I rec'd the chain and realized that it was not what I needed. I would like to return it and ask for an exchange for the Plier set with 15 colors of pcs of snaps which is 27.95 in which you would be ahead in this transaction. I will even pay for the mailing of the chain back to your company once I rec an address.
Please advised on how you would like to handle.

Can I give them ZERO. They have failed to deliver the product I purchased. They have no telephone, chat, or mailing address!

The only way to send a message is via their contact email that they never answer!

I only received the chain for the chain saw. What happen to the rest of the product?

I did not receive the product (Since October, 17) and I opened a dispute so as not to pay for what was NOT delivered. Killed the nerves and time. I strongly DO NOT recommend

No email confirmation order or shipment details. Poor Quality product, very cheap!

Ordering and shipping where fine. Product is cute but not worth the money i paid.

I ordered two clear face masks.
I just received my shipment today.
First, they are not the product that was pictured on the website when I ordered.
Second, they are not different sizes. They appear to be ONE SIZE FITS ALL, but they are too large for my face, which is why I had ordered a small and a medium.
Third, they do not seal magnetically the way the product that was pictured on the website did.

This order was supposed to arrive in September. Up to date, no goods have arrived? It just takes too long for delivery.

I received saw blades but no saw, what am I supposed to do with blades and no saw?

If I could do zero stars I would.
I never got my package,allegedly you gave me a tracking number for someone else's package according to the USPS.
If I didn't use PayPal I'd still be waiting for my money and I still haven't gotten a response from two emails that I sent two weeks ago.
I will never do business with you guys again, you're horrendous...

Very poor customer service. They dont have a phone # to call and ask about your order and they dont answer or never answered my emails. Too for ever for my order to be shipped.

The Buzz Z-Gone Mosquito Trap did not work as advertised. Not a single mosquito was trapped by the device where I placed it on a table on my deck. I live right next to a lake where mosquitos thrive. Not one single mosquito. I tried it in my home as well, just to make sure. We often get mosquitos in the home too, by nature of living beside a lake. It did not capture one single mosquito. I just threw the device in the garbage.
