Paid the extra for faster delivery 1-2 business days. Time has passed. No emails from the company. Service is awful. Paying premium for sweets! If I wasn’t pregnant I would be doing a charge back on my credit card but I can’t be dealing with the stress. Just wanted my sweets. Avoid this company.

Like many it seems on here, I was expecting the more expensive '1-2 day' delivery service option to arrive within 1-2 working days of my order. However the customer service says that the delivery is ON TOP of preparation time which is 1-3 days.

Misleading information, with zero apology and it seems no desire to correct or make up for it with their customers.

Do NOT recommend using this shop.

Great sweets, but very poor customer service

The sweets themselves were great, but unfortunately the customer service was extremely disappointing.

I paid around £50 for my order and didn’t receive an order confirmation. I emailed the company four times to query this, but I didn’t receive a single response. What made this even more frustrating was that I continued to receive promotional emails from them advertising discounts and sweets, while my actual customer service queries were completely ignored.

I also found the delivery information quite misleading. The website states that delivery takes around 1–2 or 2–3 working days, but this timeframe is actually from when the order is dispatched, rather than from when the order is placed. This means you could potentially order and then wait over a week for the order to even be shipped. I only found this information in the FAQs. In my opinion, this should be made much clearer in the main delivery information when placing an order, as the current wording could easily lead customers to believe their order will arrive within 1–3 working days of ordering.

I understand that dispatch times can vary, but when spending £50, I would expect basic communication, especially when I have contacted the company multiple times. The sweets were purchased as a gift, so it was particularly disappointing not knowing what was happening with my order and not being able to get even one response.

The sweets are genuinely lovely, but unfortunately the customer service and communication were far below what I would expect. I wouldn’t order again because of this experience.

Nice sweets but paid £4.99 for 1-2 day delivery and the sweets took 5 days to arrive which meant the present was late for my partners birthday.

Very disappointing experience.

I paid extra for express delivery, yet my order still took five days to arrive. Having since looked at other reviews, it appears I am not the only customer who has experienced delays despite paying for an express service. The company uses Royal Mail 48-hour delivery, which is clearly not an express service, so I feel the additional delivery charge is misleading.

When the sweets finally arrived, the quality was also disappointing. They appeared to be the sort of sweets that can be purchased cheaply in bulk elsewhere, and were nowhere near the premium quality I was expecting based on the website and pricing.

Overall, the combination of poor delivery times, misleading delivery options, and underwhelming product quality means I will not be ordering from this company again.

Shocking company!
Charge £4.99 for express delivery (1-2 working days) and delivery was 5 working days.
No response from emails I sent. No communication from their instagram.

They have the best choice of sweets and its always fresh, amazing!

Excellent company. Sweets are always fresh and orders amended to any requirements. I always buy my stash of sweets from here and highly recommend them. ❤️

Never sent out my order. Continuously ignored my emails and form request. Was meant to be for a present, so disappointing and so poor to not even be bothered to reply. AVOID.

No customer service and don’t respond to emails or their online customer service forms. I ordered on their website 06/12/25 and payment service picked up my address for delivery instead of granddaughter’s address. I immediately messaged them on their online form to correct this and no response. I then emailed again on 10/12/25 and still no response. Have now discovered that they have sent order out to my address . Very disappointed
