Overcharged
I didn’t like my tank took less than I estimated when I ordered. You charged me the full amount for the original order. When I queried this, you had credited my account with you with the difference. I requested my credit card be refunded but I am still waiting nearly 4 weeks later.

Incredible customer service and fast delivery
The Oilfast team offers incredible service and fast delivery. They always do their best to get oil to us as quickly as possible, and make it very easy. They even check in when it's coming near time to reorder.

Always very helpful and efficient, have their tank monitor which is very reliable and they keep me informed of when the tank needs filled, no need to call, just reply to their email and they take care of the rest.
