Easily the best football shirt restorer to ever live, sells high quality shirts for lower than market price and overall is just a great fella, always service with a smile but I’m absolutely livid that he’s stopped streaming on tilt, a real legend of the business.

Honestly one of the greatest in his craft at servicing & repairing shirts before then selling onto customers who can reminisce & appreciate his craft.

Ojs repaired a battered 2010/11 Messi Home shirt and made it wearable and prolong its shelf life! An ac Milan 95/96 Away shirt, and nameset repairs on two marseille shirts! And I’ve bought a lot of him as well!

A very good sign is, if there’s an issue it’s resolved, I bought a Zidane shirt, turned out to be inauthentic and instead Oj sent me a ucl Drogba Chelsea 2011/12 final details x patches!

With the insane growth, I think the admin/backlog side could be worked on but to be expected after growing so much so quickly!

Amazing guy, extremely helpful videos. Had an issue with my shirt and despite OJ temporarily closing the store due to personal emergencies, he still helped me out with some advice. Used the VLR from his link and it helped a glue residue that 3 other shirt restoration guys told me was ‘impossible.’ He told me to send pics of my shirt and was a great help. In the future, although I pray I never get into a glue mess ever again with my shirts!, I would definitely go to OJ if I had to and recommend to everyone. Solid, nice guy couldn’t be better. 😊👌🏽

as much as i didn't want to leave another bad review, i felt no choice but to after merchant's reply yesterday was not the full truth. 1st of all, as a part-time entrepreneur, I've made a great name for myself selling hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of sneakers to numerous sneakerheads in the USA via Instagram, twitter (X), Facebook, StockX, GOAT, eBay, and in person in malls. so my reputation and COMMUNICATION speak for themselves. there's is no one out there that has ever had a negative experience when dealing with sneakers from Wilfried. i PRIDE myself in EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. but, unfortunately this merchant Oj, really lacks accountability and not telling the ENTIRE TRUTH because deep down it'll make them look very very bad. the WHOLE TRUTH is.....i placed an order with merchant on 8/10/2024 and after 3 days on 8/13/2024 i asked merchant when my order would ship. merchant replied on 8/14/2024 and said "orders ship in 3 to 5 'working days.'" i then replied on 8/14/2024 by THANKING them for COMMUNICATING and giving me a timeframe as to when my order would ship. then i waited patiently. YESTERDAY, on merchant's rely to my review, THEY WOULD NOT ADMIT THAT I THANKED THEM on 8/14/2024 for their communication when there's proof in the emial and SCREENSHOTS showing that. they don't want to ADMIT that cause telling the WHOLE TRUTH makes them look bad. after the 5 'working days' expired, i contacted the merchant again on 8/19/2024 and wrote "good evening, when will order 1543 ship?" the MERCHANT DID NOT RESPOND. i DID NOT HEAR from merchant again till yesterday 8/21/2024. so from 8/14/2024 until 8/21/2024, i went a total of SEVEN(7) DAYS WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION from merchant. when i contacted merchant, yesterday 8/21/2024, and stated "my order has still not shipped, like wow this is insane now" it was to tell merchant that it has indeed been very long since he PROMISED to ship by the 5th 'working day' which would've been friday 8/16/2024. furthermore, the reason i wrote the "wow this is insane now" was also me expressing disbelief in the fact that the merchant DID NOT BOTHER to REACH OUT FOR A WEEK from 8/14/2024 till 8/21/2024, nor did they respond to my email on 8/19/2024, TO COMMUNICATE THERE WOULD BE A DELAY in shipping my order. once again proving their POOR COMMUNICATION. when merchant finally replied on 8/21/2024, it was to tell me, FOR THE FIRST TIME, that they were 9 months pregnant and then they used the fact that they were 9 months pregnant to shift the accountability from themselves and put blame on me and stated due to the "displeasure i showed in my emails" they would cancel my order. i was in disbelief that they thought they had a right to be upset when they HAD NOT COMMUNICATED FOR A WEEK and then stated i disrespected them or used a "tone" as if i called them out of their names or insulted them. when in fact, they were upset i kept on inquiring about my order, due to their LACK OF COMMUNICATION and not updating me prior to 8/21/2024 that there would be a delay. so, to "stick it to me" they decided to cancel my order because "how dare he ask us about his order" and since they have something i wanted they wanted to "show their power/show who is in charge." that's why i believe they cancelled my order. all good nonetheless. I just do not like unaccountable people who do not tell the ENTIRE TRUTH. i WISH I COULD POST THE SCREENSHOTS OF THE EMAIL THREAD on here but i can't. i've dealt with and continue to deal with merchants all over Europe for my football needs, but, this merchant lacks effective communication when things/timeline will change, they're very neurotic, and lack taking accountability.
by far the worst display of communication i've experienced. I even noticed another review before writing mine, where an individual from France complained about not receiving their package for 25 days!! 25 days!!. no apologizing from the merchant for not communicating when they're in the wrong. MERCHANT REFUSES TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR POOR COMMUNICATION!!

Having both purchased shirts and had restoration work done by OJ I can confidently say there is a reason why I trust him above everyone else and that my shirt collection is the subject of plenty of envy from my mates. There’s not many people I’d send my most treasured shirts too for repairs.

I’ve never once had an issue with an order from OJ and have always been happy with what I’ve received. Already looking forward to my next delivery and hit of football related nostalgia, is there any better feeling?

25 jours que j’attends la commande, aucun suivi de livraison pour une livraison à 9€. Aucune nouvelle depuis le 17 juillet 2024.
Pour répondre à la réponse du vendeur, 9€ la livraison sans suivi ça reste un scandale, et il a fallu que vous voyez ce commentaire via Trustpilot pour effectuer un remboursement, je répète 25 jours après le paiement initial. Nous sommes le 11 août et je n’ai rien reçu, ni article ni remboursement.
