Customer service sucks
Customer service sucks. I canceled my subscription online but they require a phone call which I couldn’t take because I screen my calls and when I’m working I can’t take personal calls. I chatted with them and I’ve received multiple emails trying to convince me to keep my subscription but I just want to cancel. I already said I didn’t see any difference why would I continue to use something that doesn’t do anything for me. I’ve been using it over a month twice a day and no difference.
