Customer service sucks

Customer service sucks. I canceled my subscription online but they require a phone call which I couldn’t take because I screen my calls and when I’m working I can’t take personal calls. I chatted with them and I’ve received multiple emails trying to convince me to keep my subscription but I just want to cancel. I already said I didn’t see any difference why would I continue to use something that doesn’t do anything for me. I’ve been using it over a month twice a day and no difference.

If I could give no stars or negative…

If I could give no stars or negative stars I would.

I signed up for the wrinkle cream subscription and received my 1st bottle and it did nothing except leave a white film on my face that I didn’t see until people would point it out to me. This happened 3 separate times and it did nothing for my wrinkles. So I went into the site to cancel and a pop up message comes up saying they want more info for why I’m cancelling and say someone will call me within 24 hrs. I called them and each time it says there’s no one to take the call. I left a message. I emailed them 3 times. I finally got a text from them and told them what was happening and the response was to use the link sent to cancel which send you right back to the same place and the same message that they will call you. When someone finally responded to my email it was also the same message to follow the link and now after two weeks, 6 emails, 4 text conversations, 3 phone calls the subscription is still active and I have to escalate it to the credit card company. I’m livid. This company is a total scam company. Product doesn’t work. Links don’t work. Customer service is a joke.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Regarding the white film, we recommend applying a moisturizer beforehand, as this can help the product absorb more evenly and prevent any visible residue. That said, we appreciate your feedback and understand how frustrating that experience must have been.

Bad customer service unable to cancel subscription or return products

This product has an endocrine disrupter in it. I’m trying to return it . Customer service is terrible.
Even trying to cancel the subscription has to be done by their customer support! Which I’ve never heard of before.
Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from OKOA skincare.
