After researching office chairs for weeks, I decided to give this one a try and I'm glad I did. The quality is impressive, especially considering all the features included. The electric adjustments make it easy to find the perfect position, whether I'm working, gaming, or simply relaxing after a long day. The lumbar support is excellent and helps maintain good posture throughout the day. I also appreciate the massage and heat functions, which provide extra comfort during extended work sessions. The chair feels solid, stable, and spacious, even for larger users. I've received several compliments from coworkers during video calls because it looks as good as it feels. Overall, this has been one of the best purchases I've made for my office, and I would definitely buy it again.

I've been working from home full-time for the last three years and have gone through several office chairs, but this one is by far the most comfortable. The powered recline feature is incredibly smooth, and being able to adjust the backrest and footrest separately makes a huge difference during long workdays. I spend 8-10 hours at my desk every day, and my lower back feels much better compared to my previous chair. The heated lumber support and massage function are excellent when I need a quick break between meetings. I was also surprised by how quiet the motors are. The build quality feels premium and sturdy, and assembly was much easier than expected. This chair has completely upgraded my home office setup. Highly recommended for anyone who spends a lot of time sitting.
They refuse to fully refund a broken chair
They sent me a chair with a broken gas lift. I got in touch with them, and after more than a week of back and forth they gave me a choice: ship it back in the original box (which is impossible once assembled) or take an 80% refund and keep the broken chair. They only offered this to me after I threatened to dispute the charge. At first they tried to offer me a 20 - 30% refund. They did not offer a new box and they did not provide a freight pickup. Stay FAR away they will not help you rectify their own mistake.
EDIT in response to their ludicrous reply:
They delivered a defective $1,000+ office chair, and their "good faith solutions" are nothing but a logistical trap for the consumer.
Here is what they actually expect you to do if your item arrives broken:
- Act as their mechanic: They expected me to completely disassemble and replace the core mechanical parts on a brand-new chair myself. These parts do NOT come apart anywhere nearly as simply as they go together. A customer service rep on the phone suggested using a MALLET to bang on the chair until the gas lift separates from the chair.
- The return loophole: They offered a standard prepaid shipping label but refused to coordinate a freight pickup or provide an oversized replacement box for a massive, 124-pound motorized chair. Expecting a customer to box up and haul a 124-lb freight item to a shipping store is an intentional logistical barrier. Yeah, let me just strap it to my Toyota. They are intentionally leaving these facts out of their reply. Do not be deceived.
- The 80% penalty: Because they make a physical return impossible, they leverage that headache to force you into accepting a partial 80% refund to keep a broken chair - meaning you forfeit 20% of your money for their mistake. Would you consider keeping a broken chair for around $200 a “win”?
- Delayed processing: After leaving my with no realistic options except the 80% compromise, they stalled processing the refund for a week. Because the item was financed, their administrative laziness caused real-time interest to accumulate on my account until I issued a strict final notice.
They use heavy-freight shipping limitations as a shield to avoid taking responsibility for defective products. Do not buy from them, especially if you plan to finance.
As you can see, they are trying to say “we sent you a broken chair, but it would be really expensive for us to come pick it up, so we are going to pass that cost and headache onto you :,( “
You sent the broken chair. If it’s too expensive to ship back, then you provide a full refund. You don’t pass the cost of your broken goods onto the customer. I know that anyone reading this sees through your nonsense.

The OKUP M76 chair is by far the best office chair I have ever had, versatile and very comfortable. I accidently broke the arm on my chair. I contacted customer service and they graciously sent me a replacement part.

April 2, 2026, I ordered the M02 Chair for my wife's birthday gift, which was on April 8, 2026. With no tracking number, I emailed OKUP, and the reply was.
The M02 was out of stock and would be available again in 30 days. This was from Abby.
28 Email later, we were talking about maybe going to the M87, but the wife wanted the M02 fine.
Then on May 1, 2026, the M02 power chair again is on sale, taking orders and in stock on the website, with shipping in 2 days.
I email them a Screen shot of the website. the replay from GON was Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion. You are correct — the listing showing “in stock” and the delivery estimate of May 3–5 was a mistake on our end. We truly understand how frustrating this must be, especially after waiting for an update.

I find the continued delays and lack of clear information completely unacceptable. At this stage, the situation is bordering on incompetence.
I will update this when and if I get a chair. As it stands right now, if I knew what I know now, I would not have ordered the chair. I have paid for a Chair and have not gotten it. Can't even leave a review about the chair but the customer service is -5 stars.

DONT BUY, CHINESE SCAM.
First off the box comes with 0 packing material and the box was litterally a ball shape from rolling the thing when I got it. Multiple tears in the box and the chair was ripped/metal pieces torn off. The material is not genuine leather and its filled with cheep foam. The lumbar is on your butt and no way to make it go up. Also totally straight up, you are leaning far back. Now the electronics wont work at all. I've reset it and checked all wiring. Total peice of trash. Any1 who claims 5 stars on this works in china with the company. Gatta wonder why its all 5 stars or 0 on this. Its because its total trash and the company is all marketing. Normal people online are having all the same issues. DONT BUY!! THESE ARE LITTERALLY 1200$ YET WORTH NOTHING.TOTALLY UNUSEABLE.

I received my new M80 black leather…
I received my new M80 black leather office chair and I am loving it! It is everything I hoped it would be. It’s very comfortable and all of the extra features work. This company has the best customer support! I had a question about installation and contacted customer support. They replied within minutes with solutions and videos to help every step of the way! In today’s online retail companies, it’s very hard to find a company that responds quickly and stands behind the workmanship of their products. This company has both and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for office furniture and I will definitely buy from them again. On a scale of 1 thru 10, OKUP Furniture is a solid 10!

I got the chair off of Amazon it's too small for me I'm 6 ft 2 and it looks like it would be fine but I went to send it back okay up wanted me to send $500 return fee so I contacted Amazon Amazon's taking care of it right now I'm not going to have to pay nothing the chair was too small the cushions were like sitting on wood and the recliner didn't go up all the way I'm very displeased with this company honestly I will never buy from them again

I purchased this chair for my office because I spend 90% of my time working, and have lots of pain in my right leg and lower back. I wanted a chair that would provide heat, massage and would recline when I need to take a break.
This chair provides all the requested featers AND works off an internal battery so that you don't have to be tied to an outlet. It's a beautiful chair. It won't work for me at my desk because the seat back has a slight recline, and I can't sit upright enough. However, it will be nice for the breaks away from my desk.

The chair was very easy to assemble. It is quite soft and cushiony, and the chrome with the black is very classy. It was even delivered sooner than our expected delivery date. I was fearful that it was too big, but it fit perfectly in the designated space for the desk. My husband is in love with this chair!
I got this as a Present for Xmas
I got this as a Present for Xmas, it’s been a nightmare ever since, if Gon was my employee he’d be fired, the product has many manufacturering defects, my first problem was no padding in seat back between the paddles and back of the chair, they stuck in my back, had to have a furniture company come in and put padding at the cost of 200, now I’ve noticed that the seat cushion is breaking down with the promise of a new seat being sent but they won’t send it, Gon keeps saying it’s on the way, shame on Facebook for allowing such deception to be published over and over, china is killing this companies reputation

Order no: OKUP4383 Got an OKUP m02 delivered on Feb 12th that doesn’t recline fully, as the footrest wouldn’t open. The top recliner doesn’t come up to 95%. I contacted customer care the same day over email with pictures. After few exchanges promising to do right and asking me to send videos, they stopped responding. The last response from them was on Feb 14th.
Update: Multiple follow ups went unanswered, until I wrote the original review here (Feb 19th), they got back to me asking me to cancel my credit card dispute and that they would offer a proper resolution in 24 hrs. The resolution did not come in 24 hrs. After a few back and forth on what is the right resolution, they offered to send me a replacement chair, and on Feb 25th I received a tracking number along with an ask to remove or update this review. On March 3rd, I confirmed receiving the replacement chair and that it works this time. I also indicated that I tried to cancel the credit dispute, and offered to pay them again, in case the dispute was successful. Since then I have had three follow ups from them asking me to update the review. I am updating my review here providing as is facts for other consumers to decide if it is worth going through this hassle when one pays 1100+$ for a chair. All said and done, the product itself when it works, is good and comfortable. One key detail I want to highlight to be fair is that, they did not ask me to send the original faulty chair back, but sent me a replacement. For that reason I am updating this to two stars instead of one. I have not used the replacement chair yet, except to test it. I plan to provide an update here in a year on how the chair held up and further support from them in case something goes wrong.
OKUP - Put your customers first, instead of dragging them along for days asking questions one by one, and since quality issues are more common in your products judging by the reviews here, define a standard protocol with strict SLAs to reduce the anxiety of your customers when you disappear without answering for days. If you can follow-up thrice to delete this review, you can certainly follow-up in a timely manner to provide the right resolution.

I recived my M80 chair put it together that worked out fine then when I charged it worked then stoped battery would not hold a charge I sent them a email they said they would send one I waited Nothing I wrote them another email they apologised now I am still waiting. I am thinking I should have bought a chair from someone in the USA. I will do a follow up later if THEY fix it !!

Recently purchased a OKUP M80A Dual Motor Electric office chair. It is very comfortable and the fabric is a nice quality. The chair is large enough to sit cross legged if you want. The reclining option is great and you could easily take a nap here.
