I wish I would have read reviews. I order bird feeder, took 2 weeks to arrive and it is so cheaply made. I called several times like the others have an no response. I also emailed them and now they want a video of the bird feeder. I sent them a pic, want a refund!

Someone should make it to where a site does not get a star at all. Stars indicate some good. I don't want to give that impression on OLADOCT. Can anyone say money fraud. Have not received my delivery, been about 3 weeks they claimed 2-3 business days if I paid 2.99$ more. Goose eggs, zero, zilch. Phone number does not get anyone on the line. The track item button on the website does not work. Received one apologetic email with a promise of 3-5 day delivery from the day after the 3 weeks have passed. Whaaa happin...

Waited a month to get. The delivered birdfeeder was missing two parts and what was delivered was crap. I've tried to call and email Them for resolution. The phone number rings but nobody picks it up. Nobody responds to the "help me" DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Would give a 0 if possible. I ordered shoes and paid extra for 2-3 day delivery. Website states made in US. Nope. Shipped from China. When I contacted Oladoct, I was told they are designed in US and that 2-3 day referred to the final leg of the delivery...I guess from the time my local USPS office received. 2-3 days was really 2 weeks. Then the shoes were not what was advertised. Support said to send pictures, and I did. I was told my info would be sent to the returns department. Never heard from them again and emails to customer support now fail to send. BTW website also offers full refund if not satisfied. Everything on the Oladoct page is false. Don't get scammed like me. Also tried to file a complaint with the BBB and Oladoct doesn't even show up as a business.

I purchased a portable SSD, and anytime I tried to copy files onto the drive, it would crash File Explorer. I tried formatting the drive, cleaning it with DiskPart, and creating my own partitions, but it was incredibly unreliable, and half the time it was plugged in, it was not recognized as a device by Windows. Do not buy anything from this website.

While this appears to be a good looking website/company, their performance is atrocious.
Web listing looked good, order process went well and they certainly took my money efficiently.
First problem, they sent a product that did not match what was advertised and sold on the website.
Second problem: They have failed to respond to 4 emails sent to the customer service help desk asking for a return and refund since the day I received the wrong product..
Third problem: They haven't been answering their only listed phone # for Customer Service. Been trying multiple time daily for the past 3 weeks. No answer, just rings until it times out with a message saying no answer.

The page is fraudulently representing made with love in the USA. It's a Chinese company riding the coat tail of temu. The company has a phone number displayed that's disconnected. Also claiming to be in Virginia with another state as a phone number.
I placed an order expecting it to be delivered in about a week. As of today it's not been delivered and now going on a month. After following the track package link it says received at customs. Confirming it's not in America.

This is a drop shipping website with cheap crap! You will NOT get what you order! Burn your money instead $100 wasted!!!

Shipping was fast and the received bag met expectations.

I ordered a holster from them. They advertise everything is made in the USA, but I found that my item shipped from China. Once I finally received the holster, the velcro on the holster worked for about 1 week before failing, causing me to order another one from another vendor. When I reached out to the company via email within the 30 days they list for returning an item, I never received any response from them. I have sent additional follow up emails with no response. I do not recommend buying from the company. Their "Made in America" claim is false and there is no response when something needs to be returned.

In September 2024 I purchased a wrist watch that was suppose to check my blood glucose. It was a piece of junk. I tried to return it but kept getting the run around. I would call them and they would say we will transfer it to our return and refund department and they will call you with how to return it. After a month of this I gave up. Do not buy anything from this company. Another thing is they make their company look like a USA company but everything is shipped from China and takes a long time.

On July 10th I requested to return shoes and get a refund. Oladoct replied - needed photo of shoes. I sent two photos July 12th. I have received two form emails since with no intention of return and refunded me. I have tried calling the phone number on their site - not a real phone number. The address shows up as a home residence in Illinois. July 20th I emailed to say I haven't heard from you and re-sent the string of our emails. Still haven't heard.
