That's the reason they are doing bad in what all they do. Please don't think of ola bikes to start with. if u have one also I don't think they will support you. I'm seeing lot of bad reviews on their after sales too. Please be far away from Ola Bikes and also what ever they do.

Worst company. It's gonna be 3 months now that my scooter is at their service centre. Ironically the battery went bad just after warranty even though I followed the correct charging approach. There is zero response from ola even after several escalations. Avoid this scamming company at all costs

अब आपको जयपुर के कई सर्विस सेंटर्स के चक्कर लगाने पड़ेंगे। जब आप किसी सेंटर पर जाएंगे, तभी आपको पता चलेगा कि वहाँ आपकी गाड़ी की सर्विस होगी या नहीं। और ज्यादातर बार वो आपको किसी और सेंटर पर जाने को कहेंगे।
जहाँ तक इनके ओला केयर प्लान की बात है, तो वो इतना "शानदार" है कि मुझे एक साल से ज्यादा हो गया प्लान लिए हुए, लेकिन कभी भी इन्होंने मेरी लोकेशन पर सर्विस नहीं दी — जबकि मैं जयपुर सेंटर के पास ही रहता हूँ।
इन्होंने ये केयर प्लान कस्टमर्स के लिए नहीं, बल्कि अपनी जेब भरने के लिए शुरू किया है। कस्टमर को इससे कोई फायदा नहीं होता, सिर्फ नुकसान होता है — पैसा जाता है लेकिन काम कुछ भी नहीं होता

Now you'll have to visit multiple service centers across Jaipur. You'll only find out if your vehicle can be serviced once you go there — and most of the time, they'll ask you to go to a different center.
As for their Ola Care Plan, it's so "amazing" that I’ve had it for over a year, yet they’ve never provided service at my location — even though I live right near the Jaipur center.
This care plan isn’t made for customers, but just to fill their own pockets. Customers don’t get any benefit from it — only loss. Money goes, but no service comes in return.

My Ola vehicle's touchscreen failed 2 months ago, making the vehicle completely unusable. I raised multiple service tickets, sent over 10 emails, and scheduled 5+ home pickups. Despite all efforts — no one came, no one called. Even after receiving an SMS confirming a technician visit today, no one showed up.
I paid for Ola Care Plus thinking it would offer premium support — but it has been completely worthless. No resolution, no accountability, and no communication. I’m left without a vehicle, facing daily inconvenience and high expenses due to Ola’s negligence.
Do not buy Ola if you expect basic support when things go wrong.
You’ll be ignored and abandoned.

Ordered the OLA S1 X 3rd Gen. Paid in full on 1st of June, 2025. Submitted all the required documents on that same day. The delivery date was shown to be 13th of June, 2025. Its 14th June and I get the answer that the licence plate has not been printed or delivered yet. What am i supposed to do with the vehicle without licence plate? And if licence plate is not available, then shouldn't they have the basic decency to provide TC/TR number plate? They refuse to provide that either. Don't fall for the excuse of digitization. What does the digital registration even matter when it is useless without having the plate attached to your vehicle? And No, it is not completely RTO's fault. Other companies are able to finish their registration and number plate printing within 5-6 days of purchase. Why can't OLA do that? Worst of all, if by chance some ignorant fellow takes the vehicle and gets caught, he is not getting out of it without paying a heavy fine because OLA doesn't take any liability for this, whereas actually they should be held accountable for not providing TR number plate. Seriously doubt their future services are going to be any better. Can this company improve? That's like asking "Can a snake suddenly grow legs?" I am just holding onto my patience. The moment my hold on it breaks, I am going make them remember that customer rights still exist.

I purchased my Ola scooter in *November 2023* , and since day one, it has been a nightmare with constant, unresolved issues:
*Frequent Shutdowns:*
The vehicle used to shut down randomly on the road — more than 25–30 times. I had to physically drag it from the middle of the road to the side, often in harsh weather or during peak traffic. I’ve missed office, delayed work, and faced countless moments of helplessness. The service center told me, “It will stop after 5000 km” — an unacceptable excuse for such a serious problem.
*Horn Malfunction:*
The horn would suddenly go off on its own and wouldn’t stop until a full reset was done. This happened around 15 times — causing embarrassment and chaos in public places and traffic.
*Rear Tyre Issue:*
The rear tyre got punctured five times in a row. I couldn’t even take it to a normal puncture shop because I was never told that only the service center personnel could open the rear tyre. This is essential information that should’ve been communicated at the time of purchase.
*Battery Failure in Vacation Mode:*
Before going out of station, I enabled vacation mode with a 90% charge. On return, the vehicle was completely dead. The service center then informed me that the battery had failed and needed replacement — costing ₹20,000 to ₹40,000. This is completely unjustified.
At no point during the purchase was I informed about these risks, limitations, or failures. If vacation mode does not ensure battery safety, it should have been clearly communicated. The lack of such critical information and the constant issues have made it impossible to rely on or properly use the vehicle.
You have sold me a product riddled with flaws — a product I’ve barely been able to use without any flaw at a point of time. Despite raising multiple complaints, I’ve only received delays, vague excuses, and now a huge bill for your failures.

Dear Sir I had bought Ola Gen 3 scooter on 21st April,2025 its touch stopped working the next day i.e. 22nd April, I showed it to the service center, they told me to operate it using the mobile and drive it but 2 days later the scooter stopped again in the middle of the road and since then the scooter is in the service center. Product ke liye mere kaafi high hopes the, lekin mujhe kai aise major issues ka samna karna pada hai jo mere overall experience ko kaafi prabhavit kiya hai.
Jab maine scooter receive kiya, toh turant dekha ki HMI panel cracked tha. Yeh ek major defect tha jo delivery se pehle identify kar lena chahiye tha. Panel replace hone ke baad bhi scooter ke functionality mein problems aate rahe.
Sabse frustrating issue yeh raha ki main scooter ka access doosre riders ko de nahi pa raha hoon. Multiple attempts aur service centers ke kai visits ke baad bhi main doosron ko authorize nahi kar pa raha hoon. Yeh problem scooter ke utility aur convenience ko kaafi limit kar raha hai.
Iske alawa, ride journal theek se update nahi ho raha hai, jiski wajah se scooter ke usage aur mileage ko track karna impossible ho gaya hai. Yeh kaafi inconvenient hai aur unnecessary complications create kar raha hai.
Main aapke service centers mein 15 baar se zyada ja chuka hoon aur kai ghante support team ko emails bhejne mein laga diye hain in issues ko resolve karne ke liye. Lekin mujhe ab tak koi dhang ka assistance nahi mila hai aur problems jyon ki tyon bani hui hain.
Waha mai Jagbandhu, Sachin, Trakeshwar se mila jo sab trained lagte hain sirf yeh kehne ke liye "aap kal aaiye". Ye koi tarika nahi hota aapne tuta gadi diya pure paise lene ke baad aur kal aaiye kal aaiye bolti ho After-sales mein yeh log samajhte hain ki hamare paas koi kaam nahi hai aur hum bas Ola ke liye free baithe hain. Sales girl Nisha l Yadav bhi customer ko proper knowledge nahi de rahi hai, har baar koi na koi excuse banati hai. Multiple visits aur dher saare mails ke baad bhi main naye scooter mein problem face kar raha hoon. Yeh mera ek mahine ka experience hai jismein main 15 baar service center ja chuka hoon, lekin ab tak mere scooter ka issue solve nahi hua hai.
Main sabko strongly suggest karta hoon ki agar aapko apni mental shanti aur achha riding experience chahiye, toh kabhi Ola scooter na kharidein.

so i would say just avoid Lala jis company and spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Worst customer service experience ever! Ola Electric demonstrates a complete lack of responsiveness and treats its customers with utter disregard. It's appalling how they disregard agreements and show no commitment to resolving issues. There's no escalation matrix in place, leaving customers feeling abandoned and helpless.

I was one of the first buyers of Ola Electric Scooter. Initially I was very impressed with the product and concept of electric scooter.
However, the product surfers from serious quality issues and more importantly after sale service is almost non existent. Customer care either don't reply to email or provide template response. During purchase they promised 24x7 roadside assistance. It has been 3 weeks since I raised request for road side assistance and no date no response.
This year the scooter worked for just 9 days before it broke down again. Now the company ignores all request for service and tickets raised.
