Terrible quality. Horrible/fake return process. Classic dropshipping shopify scam shop. BUYER BEWARE

Done buy anything from here, the tactic is to reel you in with images and well written description with all details, only to be sent something that looks completely different cheap material no labels. And when you ask for a refund they will give you two options
-give you more discounts and credit
-Return the goods in China for a full refund

I send the good back only for them to say they are checking and this is a serious matter , with escalations and well written responses and now the website no longer exist and no further responses.

Beware of any company with these tactics. It's very common.

One of the worst Support experiences i had. They don't want you to return theyre stuff instead they want to give you a discount for 4 times instead of just accepting the return. Once you can return the stuff they refuse to accept the package and it will come back to you. Never buy anything from this company because it has crappy customer support and is a hassle to deal with as soon as you have something to return.

maten kloppen niet en retour sturen is allemaal vaag je hebt rechten in Europa maar deze gasten proberen net zo lang te rekken tot ze geen refund doen.

Het zijn oplichters. Kleding besteld betaald en daarna helemaal niks meer gehoor. Gemaild en gebeld maar helemaal geen contact met ze gehad.

Echt super slechte kwaliteit en voor belachelijke prijzen! Ik vond de website erg netjes eruit zien en dat heeft mij overtuigd om iets te bestellen. Ik heb loafers besteld en polo en kledingsetje. Nou de losse draden hingen eraan toen ik het uitpakte. Goedkope knopen die nog net vast zitten en die schoenen laten al los bij de randen van de zol!!! Super slecht dus zeker niet bestellen. Ik baal ervan want heb voor 115 euro besteld en dat kan ik dus mooi weggooien! Zou fijn zijn als ik mijn geld kon terug krijgen maarja

Nicht empfehlenswert. Lausige (Orange Riese) Kleider. Sie machen überall auf P***est Werbung neben Preppy Dingen und PRL .. um sich hochwertig darzustellen und erzählen der Zopfstrick sei wie ein 300$ Piece, haha zum Lachen!

Nur schon wie Seite aufgemacht/ gestaltet ist, sieht man, dass es sich um einen Chin..Dupe handelt, um Leute reinzulegen.

OPLICHTERS - je krijgt weliswaar schoenen, maar die kunnen zo de vuilnisbak in. Een retouradres bestaat niet en de mailwisseling verloopt moeizaam. Ergo: niets bestellen bij dit vage bedrijfje.

Schoenen besteld en deze leken alles behalve op die van de foto. Na contact te hebben gehad met het bedrijf heb ik de schoenen terug gestuurd. Daarna niks meer vernomen en nog geen geld terug gehad….

Wat een waardeloos bedrijf. De kwaliteit van het schoeisel is alles beneden peil.

De maat klopt niet en een compleet verkeerde kleur. De helpdesk is slecht tot niet bereikbaar. Uiteraard DROPSHIPPING

The worst experience I never had. They sold very poor shoes from China without packaging in a plastic bag with 12 days transit time. They got an address in Europe but they shipped from China by air as I saw the stamps. To return this is a nightmare and quite impossible. But at the end of the day shoes are poor and ugly and customer service didn’t allow to send them back. I bought 39 size and I received 42 without possibility to get back my money. Don’t buy !!

I thought I had carried out due diligence in satisfying myself that Old Money were genuine, how wrong I was! From the moment thet received my not inconsiderable payment all bets were off. The processing time of 3 days was breached and the shipping duration was ignored. At the first of these 2 functions were well publicised and although there was a tracking facility it didn't kick in until the item was delivered in the UK. After a period of 18 days and after dozens of esculating emails that were answered with distracting information I finally indicated my I was ending the contract due to non delivery out side the required delivery date. This was met with pure distain aand although I also indicted that I had now purchased replacements they still managed to deliver a example of a appretice shoemakers failed exam in a colour that isn't recognisable is this hemisphere. Please avoid and don't laugh if you see me out in said loafers..

Schoenen besteld die via sociale media geadverteerd werden, na 3 weken ontvangen. De schoenen zijn bagger kwaliteit. Ik heb de schoenen willen retourneren en kreeg een retouradres in Hoofddorp. Na tweemaal verzonden te hebben bleek het bedrijf niet gevestigd op dit adres en reageert de klantenservice niet meer.

FRAUD!! Carefull, this terrible chinese online brand sells the worst quality on earth. The shoes stink like plastic and glue! Be careful, this is FRAUD!!!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes 2 weeks ago. They have not arrived and the tracking tab on the company’s website does not work. I have sent 2 emails to customer service and I have not received a reply. As I’ve paid in advance and no goods have arrived, I’m beginning to think this is a scam. Be warned

Totally agree buyer beware. Four weeks for order to arrive in a cheap plastic bag from China. Not as advertised and wrong colour. Will not accept responsibility for this. Denying that colour is wrong despite translation on bag being blue and not blue grey as ordered. Poor quality and not as in advertisement. Does not resemble product as advertised.
