Buyer beware…
Instead of sending me the box of 50 kn95 masks I ordered, they sent me a cheap box of $8 face masks and charged me over $40 thinking I wouldn't notice. When I emailed they ignored me until I filed a dispute with PayPal. I gave them the option to send me the correct product but they refunded me instead (thanks!) which further leads me to believe though that they do not actually have the product they advertised.

We are also an Amazon seller. Amazon goes to great lengths to ensure sellers are pre-qualified and monitor standards and ensure genuine items are being sold by trustworthy and reliable sellers. The required criteria for the vetting and approval processes are comprehensive and detailed. We have a 4.7 (out of 5) overall Seller rating on Amazon and Trustpilot (website orders) and work hard to take care of our customers and do the right thing whenever we make an error. We can assure you this was an honest mistake and would have assisted you if you had given us the chance to do so. You reached out to us after hours and we responded to your email the following morning and asked you to provide us with your order number. You did not provide this information in the initial email you sent and we have to have this information to look at your order. We have hundreds of thousands of customers and wanted to make sure we refunded or sent a replacement to you. You filed a dispute with Paypal before you emailed us your order number. You replied to our email with your order number after hours and we responded to you the following morning when our business reopened, and let you know we had initiated your refund. We would have gladly sent you a replacement, however, we had to refund you because of the dispute you filed. We have deadlines with Paypal and have to remain in good standing with them and this was our only option. The issue was resolved within 36 hours of you reaching out and we did our best to assist you. Can you please let us know how we can make this right? Clearly, customer service is extremely important to us, given our seller ratings across all platforms. We appreciate you!

Old South made it so easy to find the right product on the first search I did.
I literally spent hours on Amazon's website and never did find what I needed. I had to review every description because Amazon brings up every syinge size, not just the size I searched for. Then I found out that the syringes were for laboratory use only, not sterile, or the wrong size. What a pain!
Old South Trade's website was easy to set up delivery, they had great pricing, and I had my syringes in three days.

The reason I have always ordered masks…
The reason I have always ordered masks from you is because they were looser in the ear straps. These best masks you sold that had looser ear loops was HENGHAO N95 Protective. However I didn’t realize your Moway masks I just purchased and received are only 95 protective rather than the KN95 protection of HENGHAO KN95 masks I prefer.
Unfortunately the ear loops of Moway are to tight and uncomfortable. Also I am afraid because the Moway masks are only 95 masks they won’t protect me. The best masks I purchased from you thru Amazon was my HENGHAO KN95 Protective masks. Are you still selling this brand? Sadly, I feel I have wasted my money with the 2 packages of Moway 95 masks I just purchased from you since they are not the same looser ear loops and KN95 better protection, I am very disappointed. I tried them each on and most of them are too tight on the ear loops so I can’t really use them. Again, can you still sell Henghao KN95 masks? For the most part
For the most part, the gloves I receive are good, I get the ones that are marked down. I can't complain too loudly when I get some that aren't perfect. I use them at work & then the ones that aren't so good I clean with at home. I hope this satisfies your review guidelines.
