Changing my review: I did finally receive an email back explaining what was going on behind the scenes and that was very helpful. I just received my order today and I’m very excited about it! They do have really great products and olive oil is amazing! Sounds like there were some delays due to holidays.

Initial post:
After multiple emails I still have not received my order. When asked about if it has shipped I just kept getting my invoice information which is not what I was asking for. It has been a month now. Disappointed since their products are great but communication could be way better! Still trying to figure out where my order is and will most likely have to dispute the charged card.

Love your olive oil and my wife uses your foot lotion and loves that as well.
