SCAM do not buy from this site. Poor quality, not what the description is, comes from HongKong not Melbourne. Won’t reply to emails, uncontactable. Why are they still allowed a website and keep ripping people off. So wrong!

This company is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I received my order after about 5 weeks (Website states: 5-8 business days - not true), it came from China (Website states: Delivered with AusPost - not true). I have tried contacting them several times, no reply. Website states: 30 days money back guarantee, but they are not reacting to the return request.
The Website does not list an address or phone number of the company.
Quality of items purchases is poor, and not true to description. They simply look cheap.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.

I just ordered and I thought it was Melbourne Australia and clicked what I thought was Australia post and it’s coming from china im so upset I wish I had checked trust pilot first , I am yet to see these shoes so , beware !!!!

I received my order after about 4 weeks, just shit from China. I have tried contacting them several times, no reply. Sadly I’m not counting on a refund, the shoes will go in the bin. They make it look like they are in Australia by using the word ‘Melbourne’ in their name. I should have known better and should have read reviews from other people before purchasing. Lesson learnt!

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing from this company. The clothing I received was unwearable, the quality was appalling and nothing like advertised.
When I attempted to resolve this, the complete lack of customer service was shocking. Phone calls ring out with no answer, emails go completely ignored, and the "Contact Us" form on their website is pointless – not one response.
I followed their returns process to the letter, sent the items back at my own effort, and instead of receiving a refund, my parcel was simply returned to me with no explanation and no refund issued.
This company takes your money and then makes itself completely unreachable. That is not a returns policy, that is theft.
I have now reported this matter to my bank and to the relevant consumer authorities. I am also ensuring this review is seen so that other shoppers are protected.
Do not buy from this company.

They are scammers. Take your money, send rubbish goods won't answer emails. All my emails were rejected
from both their addresses. do not buy from them. I have received a refund from my bank, thank goodness. A reversal of the original charge.

Stay very clear of these scammers. I am getting close to finding out who they are and then they will be very sorry they did this.

Receive a tracking number, but no dress 4 months on and the tracking number displays many line items of dispatched that you would regularly see on these documents, but im sure this is all fake, i have not received the dress and no emails get replied too this is a scam site, do not waste your hard earned $$$ here

Ordered a coat and haven't received it and the shipping information says the wrong address was on it. I tried contacting them several times no answer. I doubt I will get my item very poor customer service and I agree the products come from China don't know why they have Melbourne in their name. Very disappointed would have rather donated my money to charity than to this shonky company buyer beware.

Placed an order. Received receipt and tracking number via email. Received nothing for 2 weeks. Cant even contact them now. Looks like Ill be trying for refund through bank.

Very disappointed...very quick to take your money, send you poor quality goods then refuse any further communication regarding refunds...don't but from these people !! 😭

Do not buy from the so called Olive Melbourne company
They are frauds
I ordered a dress which looked amazing on their website, when I hadn’t received it after about two weeks I we mailed them numerous times without response
When it finally arrived it was very poor quality fabric and a very bad copy of what was showing on line
When I emailed them for a refund label still no response
Luckily my credit card company refunded me the money
I was lucky this time but will never buy on line again unless I know the company

This is not a real Melbourne store, and the products they send from China are much poorer quality than the products in the photos. The photos on the website showing a real boutique store are stock images or A.I. faked to look like a real store located in Melbourne. This is all a major red flag for fraud. Don’t give them your contact info and absolutely do not give them your debit card details.

This is an American business that makes you think that they're in Melbourne, Australia. When you contact them for a refund, they do not respond within the timeframe that they give for refunds. Actually they have never responded to my refund requests. When I complained to Fair Trading about the dress that I bought for my wife, that's when I found out that they were an offshore business and that they couldn't take any action against that business.
I Certainly would not recommend purchasing anything from Olive Melbourne

Don’t order from them . I only gave them one star because I have to. I ordered from them over 3 weeks ago. No delivery. I emailed. No reply. But suddenly a shipping update from china. My package is supposedly arriving in the next few days. From Melbourne? Highly unlikely? From temu - service would have been better. I seriously doubt this product will a) show up and b) be worth the melbourne pricetag,

Absolute rubbish-does not fit like the pictures, cheap fabric and terrible workmanship. No reply from countless emails to try and return. Don’t waste your money

They are based in China claim they are in Melbourne & only use Australia post for delivers. FRAUD straight up….
I contacted them over a dozen times in the 6 weeks ?? It took to get my item & it’s nothing like the pic cheap & nasty & it wasn’t cheap. I have reported them to scam watch & several other places, I’m not taking this i’ll fight this through every channel possible

Do not buy from this site. No communication possible even though state 30 day returns possible. Once they have your money that's it.
