I have been wearing natural fibers for many many years. I like these shirts because of their quality… expect they will hold their shape. They won’t stretch out at least I’m assuming that. I can feel the quality of the cotton extensor then my other cotton, long sleeve shirt shirts.

Lovely product - really beautiful.

Softness claim not true. Alpaca is softer and more comfortable.

I like the socks except that they are very tight at the top, leaving a big indentation when they come off.

this company is clearly trying to combat fast fashion waste and also innovating the seamless process, so I applaud and supported this by purchasing an undyed cardigan (size S unisex since I’m a women’s M). Am please with the sweater and waiting for the weather in California to suit it!

The description of the products is spot on, the size chart is accurate. I received an email to inform me when my order would be completed and shipped, which was also accurate. The sweaters are as lovely as they are practical.

I ordered the Fair Isle sweater for myself - and yes, it was pricey, but a couple of years ago I was introduced to Quviut yarns, and OC's yak wool is just as soft, luxurious, warm, and lightweight as the muskox fiber is.

We have been having an unseasonably warm winter here in North Texas, so I haven't been able to wear my new sweater as much as I would like to this year, but we did recently have a frigid cold snap, and I found myself wearing my sweater just about every day that week. I was amazed at how warm the sweater was all by itself. (FWIW, I don't think I will be able to wear any of their items here in the summer - the concept of a "summer sweater" is lost on those of us who live where the nighttime temperature rarely falls below 80° in July and August 🤣🤣🤣)

Normally, I can't wear "wool", as it is too scratchy on my skin and makes me itch, but this sweater was soft, warm, lightweight, and comfortable without anything needing to be worn underneath it.

I hesitated for a while before buying this sweater, just because of cost. But I finally decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! I keep my thermostat set pretty low, so the first thing I do when I get home is throw on my yak wool sweater. It feels amazing and it instantly warms me up. Breathable, soft, and so far, worth the cost.

VERY poor quality for the price! I definitely don't expect clothing this expensive to pill so badly after wearing only 5 times!
And they advertise YAK as their content, when it actually only 25% YAK and 75% Merino Wool! Fraudulent advertising!

I place an order for a women's shoe in error and contacted customer service within 2 min. to make the correction after the transaction. The money had already been taken from my account. I received an email stating someone would be in contact. 4 DAYS later I received a "I'm sorry, no refunds/exchange email. "DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY" NO exchanges or REFUNDS" and you CAN NOT TALK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP!!!

Buyer Beware--Poor quality product! They advertise that you can launder their sweaters.

Here's the feedback I sent to Oliver Charles yesterday: I bought what I thought would be a great sweater (Yak wool crew neck) from you last year before my husband and I took a trip to Iceland early last year. When I got it, I was thrilled— I loved the color (blue)and it fit perfectly. But after the first wash, I noticed that it was a too tight. I didn't put it in the dryer—just washed it and laid it out to dry. I ended up not taking it to Iceland because of how it felt. It sat in my drawer for months, through the summer and now that the temperatures here in Michigan are in the single digits, I pulled it out and put it on. Wow—so tight!! I haven't gained weight but it felt so tight, I took it off. I thought about this for a couple of days, then decided that you needed the feedback. It was expensive and I'm very disappointed.

Oliver Charles doesn't stand by their products. Do not buy!

I ordered a sweater mid-Jan and it still has n0t arrived. I have no tracking number because they wrote it switched from USPS to UPS and they have not responded. They have not given me an update for 2 weeks.
