I loved the fact that the service was so personalised and Oliver rung me himself.
Communication was great and any questions I needed answering were dealt with promptly.

The necklace and pendant were absolutely beautiful- but more than that was the incredible customer service I received from start to finish. From a hand written note with my jewellery to extremely attentive and considerate communication, I have been blown away by how lovely every step of the process has been. I can’t recommend Oliver or his jewellery highly enough

Excellent service

The most important thing to start with is how perfect the piece was when it arrived. It was exactly as delicate, detailed, and just downright pretty as I envisioned. But the customer service was equally good. Etsy was saying that it would not arrive until after Christmas so I left a message asking if it was possible for it to arrive before. The owner messaged me and worked out how we could make this happen, and gave me a link to their website where it was cheaper. 10/10 would definitely buy again.
