Storage
Having built up an extensive collection of bullion of all shapes and sizes and keeping it in a disorganised state and having purchased from olivers bullion before , i used the new storage service they offer , i designed myself a case specificaly for some of the more expensive and rare items i wanted to keep organised and free from damage. Using the simple to use platform and my own measurements as well as some of the pre loaded dimensions for standard size coins and bars i created the perfect box for some of my collection. The case itself is sturdy and well build and the highest qualty. It surpassed my expectations. The options for making your own unique case are very impressive with so much choice. I will be designing myself another one or two very soon. Highly recomended and the customer service is first class. Thank you to the olivers bullion team .

Stay clear I have been scammed! And never got items!
Stay clear customer service is terrible.
Get no reply to emails or WhatsApp’s or calls!
Also paid for an item months ago which they don’t stock and have had no contact or refund. Also charged me shipping 4 times for 1 item yet said they would refund but never did. Complete scam I’m having to claim back through the bank. Not to be trusted!

We're sorry your experience has not been what you had hoped for. I would firstly like to straighten up some of the points made in this review so that the full truth is displayed on the review.
This customer placed an order for a 1oz Silver Bar on a presale, which has had and is still having fulfillment issues - all of these issues have been communicated proactively to customers to keep all of you informed.
We recently migrated to a new order bundling system, which bundles orders and automatically refunds postage based on the combined order size - this is purely to save our customers money. Due to the events leading up to this review, your order was never fulfilled in full because we refunded the presale bar order for you.
Our system has had a lot of difficulty in processing automations for your order as you didn't provide a name at checkout, just two letters. This makes it very difficult to track your order through our orders database as well as keep on top of email correspondence as the same problem occurs with filtering and searching for our emails with you.
You paid shipping multiple times, spread across multiple orders. Before we upgraded to the new system, each of those shipping fees would be non-refundable in any case, with each order being shipped out separately.
I have now fulfilled your remaining open order - the one with the presale item - so you should soon see all applicable refunds come through.
I want to make sure that we understand each other as by reading this review it seems clear that you are not aware that we did refund you, and that you didn't pay shipping 4 times for one item, but 4 times for 4 seperate orders.
If you have any difficulty finding these orders or the associated shipping fees please reach out and I will be more than happy to provide a more detailed explanation as to how exactly the bundling system works to our customers' advantage.

We get a lot of spam emails every day asking questions about our shipping and other policies, most of which are just probing to see if the inbox is active. Our spam filter moved your email to our spam folder. While we check this periodically for legitimate emails, we did not check the folder within the 4 days before you left this review.
We have added your address to our safe sender list so that should you reach out in the future, we will be able to respond in a more timely manner. Please know that sometimes during busy periods it may take 3-5 days to respond to some email enquiries.
