Very nice

We booked to go and see Cirque de Soleil at the Royal Albert Hall and a 2 night stay at Stamford Bridge Hotel. The show was brilliant although the seats did block our view slightly. The hotel was really nice, good rooms, good food and very clean.
Would certainly book with this company again.

Great Value For Money But Omega Wouldn't Honour Their Black Friday Deals

Great value for money, great hotel & location with excellent staff and we loved Hamilton.

That said, we felt ripped off by Omega as I booked this break via a Black Friday offer in conjunction with Travel Zoo & got an extra 10% off......or so I thought..... At the time of booking, the Black Friday deal code was accepted & all went through. About a week later I was hounded via email & phone calls by staff at Omega who informed me that the extra Black Friday deal was not applicable (even though they'd accepted so at the time of booking) & that I would have to pay the extra £40 I thought I'd been discounted at the time of purchase. They said that their deals via Travel Zoo were "already heavily discounted" & that I shouldn't have been offered a further discount. I pointed out that this, in fact, was their mistake, not mine, & the deal should therefore be honoured. They were having none of it & if I hadn't have paid the extra £40, my booking would've been cancelled by them. By then, we'd organised our transport to/from London, so felt backed into a corner.
I think that was appalling customer service from OMEGA BREAKS. They must work on very tight margins given how they chased me for days for £40.

UPDATE......A member of staff from Omega has contacted me, apologized & now refunded the £40.

Okay ,But…

It sounded to me by the wording that the break was for 2days ,meaning a 2 day stay . it was only when i was tring to see what day the show was on that it was explained to me that it was just one night . Not such a great deal and i then had to book another night as i had already booked eurostar to go to Paris for 2 days hence. Directions to Stamford bridge hotel would have been useful . just a turn left out of tube station would do . we are old and tired and couldnt find anyone to help and ended up going some distance right with heavy cases . Hotel was fine although the sinks water took a long time to run and its in need of a refurb -chairs very worn . Staff at Stamford bridge were lovely and the food was great.

Amazing experience with Omega Breaks

We had an amazing experience with Omega Breaks. The hotel was beautiful and the show at the Royal Albert Hall was amazing. Will definitely look again if we decide to do another similar trip in the future.

From purchase to performance everything…

From purchase to performance everything was well organised, the venue was exceptional the overnight hotel stay was excellent. Communication was thorough throughout. Everything just fell into place to make a wonderful experience. Fantastic!

Very poor tickets for show

Booked hotel and tickets for Cirque du soleill.Hotel was great but the tickets were terrible with restricted view.

We have complained but the company aren’t being helpful at all and dismissed our complaint.

When you book tickets and told they are worth £100 but when they turn up and only £40 has been paid.
ITS NOT SURPRISING THEY ARE DISAPPOINTING BUT YOU HAVE PUT YOUR TRUST IN OMEGA AND THEY HAVE LET YOU DOWN BIG TIME.
WE WENT TO LONDON JUST FOR THE SHOW AND THEREFORE IT WAS ALL A WASTE OF TIME WHEN YOUR VIEW WAS OBSCURED AND YOU HAD A VERY POOR VIEW OF THE STAGE.
YOU HAD TRAPEZE ARTIST JUMPING BUT YOU NOT SEE WHERE THEY WERE JUMPING TO.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND LET DOWN BY OMEGA

We went on a theatre ticket to London. The hotel was lovely. It was called the Stamford Bridge Hotel. The tickets for Hamilton were indeed top price tickets and excellent seats. I cannot fault this company it is brilliant.

Great seats at Albert Hall for Cirque du Soleil, nice hotel with proximity to venue.
It’s unusual to have breakfast included in a deal like this, much appreciated so we could have a relaxed morning.
