It took 1,5 month to come, also really cheap clothes I have bin waiting sinds feb te get a response of the return but still nothing

Never received the order and cannot get any response or a refund. Think is it a scam.

I ordered the ysl set and received it perfectly, there was an delay due to production issues they said so i received an free bag and an 20% of my money back!!

The service was very good and i will be ordering again!

I ordered something 2 MONTHS ago when I was promised that my package would arrive between 2-3 weeks and I STILL haven’t got my package to this day. I’ve sent emails but NO REPLYS BACK. There is no way in getting contact! This is straight up unacceptable and I will still be waiting for a response back asap.

I will never buy from them again. I have ordered jeans, however it took 2 months for them to arrive. I was worried that they would not come at all, so I sent multiple mails, however no response at all. Luckily I choose Klarna as a payment method. After few weeks the order arrived out of nowhere without any confirmation or response back. Please do not buy from them, the arrival of your order is not sure and contacting them is impossible since they do not react at all.

I ordered jeans about 2.5 months ago with a promised delivery time of 3–12 business days, and they still haven’t arrived. I keep being told “next week,” but nothing happens. This is completely unacceptable.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend anyone order from your company. I expect immediate delivery with tracking or a full refund.

Ordered 4 weeks ago and the order is still not even fulfilled!!! how can this happen.

and I have also found out that money has been stolen??? i’ve reported it here to the police and i’ll see how it’ll go further

I placed an order with this company months ago and what happened after that is absolutely unacceptable.

First of all, after I paid for my order, they charged an extra €200 from my bank account without my permission. No explanation, no confirmation, nothing. Just money stolen.

Since that moment I have never received my order. It has now been MONTHS. I contacted them multiple times and either they don’t respond at all or they send useless automated replies. No tracking, no refund, no real support.

This is not a mistake — this is straight up fraud.
They take your money, charge extra amounts without consent, and then completely disappear.

I feel completely scammed and I will be reporting this to my bank, consumer protection services, and sharing this everywhere so others don’t lose their money like I did.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
DO NOT ORDER HERE.
THIS IS A SCAM.
