They ARE STILL SELLING ITEMS that have…

I literally PRE-ORDERED over a month ago and they wait until my packahe arrives to tell me that the reasln i bought it wasnt inside. The stuff arrived but the autograph I bought it for wasn't included because "oopsie we didn't have enough for our pre-orders and other people are to blame so we're not fixing it."

They ARE STILL SELLING ITEMS that have "SOLD OUT". Instead of refunding or meeting in the middle they offered me a FREE 2 MONTH PATREON OFFER.
I don't want a patreon, I'm not into online things too much. They told me that "Signed art book got lost in transit TO THE COMPANY and the rest came damaged. AND/OR my order is arriving late. I pre-ordered and COULD HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER IF I KNEW THEY WERE OUT of the Signed Artbook that was supposed to come with my DELUXE LTD. EDT t-shirt and 4 disc set "WITH SIGNED ARTBOOK".
The Signed artbook was what I pre-ordered for in the first place.
I got my merchandise and I feel so robbed, I want to send my stuff back but I paid Canadian fees and shipping...and I feel like if I send it back that I'd also be getting robbed for my time.
I don't want a patreon..I want like half a refund or something of value to me. They just blamed it on outside circumstances and DIDNT LET ANYBODY KNOW WHEN IT HAPPENED. They still have the stuff listed "with Signed artbook" in the title and description.
I really don't want to eat the shipping cost for hard-core misadvertising and the disappointment of my favorite artist letting something like this go down.
Just sign more books and send them out when you get them, that sounds reasonable to me.

unreliable and expensive

Can’t get pre-orders out on time, won’t even ship it til you request an update apparently.

At a $30 shipping charge the least they could do is a good job.

I really wish bands wouldn’t use omerch, it is a universally shitty customer experience.

Ordered a t-shirt, they took my money and been waiting for the shirt ever since. All emails I have sent to them bounce right back to me, and they never reply to messages on their Facebook page.

Ordered a limited colored vinyl edition…

Ordered a limited colored vinyl edition of the new Leprous album, and it arrived in OK condition, although with dents from the shipping. Paper label on the actual record was glued on out of place, covering the innner groove, causing the pick up needle to run over the paper when the record was done playing. Write Omerch about it, requesting a replacement (naturally offering to return my broken copy). Omerch did acknowledge the damage, but not the need for a replacing the record - and hence offered a partial refund (8 € towards the 36,99 I paid for the record, by the way on top of the 58,99 I paid for the limited edition box set of the same album). I get the thinking, but I would expect a company offering high quality collectors item to be willing to offer a replacement when the item is not functioning. In other words I dont fint the company unreliable as they did process my complaint, but I will buy from another source next time. As a band I would be concerned to have my products handled by Omerch.
