OMI WHEELS top class service! My partners car needed a single alloy wheel and we couldn’t buy one single anywhere. Rang these guys and there was no questions asked and wheel was ordered and arrived in a few days. Brilliantly priced too and will definitely be back

I placed the order. I paid everything and when the delivery was due I received an email that my order has been cancelled. Not by my so I don't know why. When I went on the website to order it again surprised me that the same wheels are £100 more than what I ordered. Stay away from them as they useless.

top quality products and friendly comunication

These guys came recommended to me after having issues with my genuine Mercedes alloy wheels cracking badly leaving my car unusable. I contacted Alex via email as wanted to check the wheel compatibility. He replied back within a couple of hours and confirmed the alloys I wanted would indeed fit ok. I ordered and unfortunately the stock couldn’t be found but he straight away sent an email apologising with images of an almost identical set that he had, which was so helpful as many big companies would have just cancelled the order, so i appreciated his help and recommendation . Communication was brilliant throughout. I ordered on the Tuesday and they arrived via DPD on Thursday, which is faster than advertised. There was a little confusion over the fixing bolts which after speaking to another really helpful guy on WhatsApp (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name but thank you for all your help) was rectified . They were fitted yesterday and not only look perfect, but our fitter commented on how good they looked and the quality of them. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company to anyone!

Commented on an Insta post from the wheel Manufacturer Seventy9 looking for a supplier in Ireland and was put in touch with these guys. I own a small business, always on the phone etc and thankfully busy. These boys took the time to answer all my questions via WhatsApp. Price was second to none. Absolute pleasure to deal with, couldn't recommend them enough.

Ordered my alloys from OMI wheels, had trouble with the delivery but they were amazing at sorting out the issue very quick and efficiently and they keep you updated on your order. Can’t fault the customer service and the alloys, i highly recommend OMI wheels👍🏽👍🏽

Great wheels and at a great price, was hard to find wheels that were cheaper at this standard. The finish and style was just the job. Aftersales support and assisting with a query was resolved fast. Would highly recommend.

Bought my Alloys on the 9/5/23 around 3-4pm. They let me know that delivery’s had already been sent that day and they would try and get mine out also. Received the wheels today in perfect condition. Can’t recommend enough

Great service and helpful!

I am disappointed with my purchase, I bought a wheel on March 30th and have not received the product. I paid £50 for shipping and it normally arrives within 3 days, so it's been 15 days and still nothing. I already sent a message to support twice and there is no solution.

Alex has provided an excellent service and communications.After the courier company failed to expedite delivery Alex moved heaven and earth and resolved the matter and even refunded the carriage.Would most certainly recommend him and his fabulous products,my new wheels are awesome best quality in aftermarket wheel, in my opinion as good as if not better than an Audi OE wheel.
